Chatswood Medical & Dental Centre

I have to admit I was a little nervous to come here after reading all the bad reviews. This was the first time I visit a GB in Australia since we moved here from overseas and I have nothing but positive things to say about this Medical Centre! I had to call to make the first appointment booking and the reception answered in just a few minutes during the weekend.

I met Dr. T Ramanatha and later next week Dr. M Rajaratnam. They were both very caring and genuinely interested in my symptoms without any rush. Our son has seen Dr. Feng Foo and I can highly recommend her too! Also all the people working at the reception were kind and helpful. Big respect to them for their great work to make us feeling better and healthier. Thank you - very much appreciated. 🙏🏼

I went there Monday morning before 9 as a walk in new patient. It was very busy. Luckily I got to see Dr. Pan and had blood test done in 1.5 hours on the same day. Very efficient 👍🏻Dr. Pan is nice, gentle and willing to help with my issue. I was served by one male receptionist and one short hair female receptionist, plus the nurse at pathology, they are all professional. I’m happy and will definitely go back again.

This is a clinic with many good doctors. Dr Feng Foo is one of the best I’ve met who is most caring, patient and helpful. My husband and I have many health issues that need frequent attention to and Dr Foo never fails to help us get appropriate help.

The whole medical experience was very good. Fast and efficient with onsite diagnostic services available at the time of the doctors visit too. However the admin experience for new patient online registration's via the QR Code accessed app is poor. It’s cumbersome to do on a smart phone, I faffed around for 20 minutes to complete it. It does not allow copy and paste from contacts for instance and is clunky. Please fix it or go back to a manual form and enter it with a computer keyboard and screen.

I've been using the centre for years. I love the opening hours and ease of getting the medical services I need, mostly bulk-billed GP for annual checks, annual blood test and the occasional something small. Wait time can be long for walk-ins, but that's understandable and should be allowed for. Online booking is straightforward.

I had a great experience at this health clinic. So tidy, clean and pleasantly silent. I was especially happy to have had an appointment with Dr.Khalessi, whose expertise and care made my visit more reassuring. Highly recommend.

Visited the treatment room on level 2 and was greeted by a tall lovely nurse named Jass. She dressed a horrible wound I had gotten over the weekend from a nasty fall whilst fishing. She was very polite and hygienic! She was very thorough with explaining what she was doing… I definitely recommend the nurses in the treatment room!

I had an excellent experience at Chatswood Medical Center with Dr. Arash. The convenience of booking appointments through the app is truly commendable. The receptionist, a young and friendly individual, consistently wears a welcoming smile, demonstrating remarkable patience and helpfulness. His proficiency in managing his role is noteworthy. Dr. Arash impressed me with his dedication, spending quality time with patients and showcasing exceptional expertise. I highly recommend this medical center for its efficient service and competent staff.

I have been visiting this medical centre for more than 10 years. I could see the management improved, and receptionists are always friendly and helpful. I like the new system to encourage me to get online appointments, and i use tele health when I need it. It always helped me with the situation. Thanks

I had a Telehealth appointment with my regular doctor. The call came a little earlier than scheduled and we went through all necessary items . It is a quick and efficient way to have the appointment. Naturally, it is not sufficient for some consultations as face to face is required.

Have been going here for over 10 years, to a regular GP; and occasionally others when she wasn’t available. All have been excellent both in knowledge and manner. It does get very busy at peak times. Recent reorganising of the support services and HotDoc self-check-in seem to be really positive improvements to manage the peak patient times too which is great.

They look after me well. There can occasionally be delays, but it’s no different than any other medical centre. The reception staff are very patient and helpful, and always friendly.

Medical centre is open quite early and allows walk ins. I arrived around 8 and only had to wait about 10 mins. Female dr was available and was quick yet caring. I parked in the carpark next door where the Aldi is for free

I recently visited Dr. Arysun for the first time after sustaining a broken ankle, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calming, which was especially appreciated given the circumstances.

In the past five years, due to my car accident injuries and my interactions with Chatswood Medical and Dental Center, they have provided excellent services in monitoring and managing patients' conditions. I am deeply impressed, especially by my GP, Dr. Ping Li, who has always provided timely assistance and treatment during critical moments of my illness. This fully embodies the medical ethics of a doctor saving lives and practicing humanitarianism. I am very grateful.

I’m writing this review specially in regards to Dr. Mohammad Khalesi who has been our family doctor for the last couple of years. He is very knowledgeable whilst being kind and empathetic.
At various times we have all availed ourselves of his profession and expertise.
My mother suffers from a myriad of serious health conditions which are chronic, acute and painful. For a while no doctor could figure out what was wrong with her and properly diagnose her condition until she visited Dr. Khalesi. I would say she values him greatly and so do I.
In all my years I’ve never met a Doctor such as Dr. Khalesi who shows great empathy, kindness, and is caring.
His manner is lovely which is very important for a Doctor as it puts the patient at ease.
Our family can only speak most highly of him and feel honoured to have him as our family Doctor.

My dealings with Dr Arash Vajedsamiei have been the best I have received from any GP in the past. He takes the time to get to know the person & understand what is going on. He actually reads test reports and gives his care and guidance accordingly with true professionalism. Thanks Dr Arash

Dr. Xiaoxiao Pan is such a wonderful doctor. She is being patient and very considerate with years of experiences in both China and Australia.
My family goes to her and knowing we are in good hands.
