The store looks very iconic but the staff needs better training.
I ordered an almond croissant and asked for warm-up. The staff just put it into the heater for 20 seconds and took it out. The croissant was extremely hot for the outside but still frozen for the inside…Also for the coffee, the lid leaks…

Bad customer service..messed up my order, Ordered a jaffle and gave me the wrong order a chocolate croissant, I ran to class and when I came back and told them I am diabetic and they messed up the order they blamed me saying I came and grabbed the wrong one..they refused to say they gave the wrong one away and blamed me for getting the wrong order and they had to throw away the jaffle. bad attitude and bad customer service
