Sean is a gem in this business!

He's so experienced that he can see in advance all the problems, and know what issues might be not just with the plans and the applications but also in practice.
He can estimate pretty accurately what the budget implications might be of any idea, and was great at warning us about going too far with ideas.
He's very accurate in his understanding of what we want and what can be done with regulations, so he's great at letting us know in advance how things might come across.
Besides spotting potential problems, Sean has creative solutions that accommodate for our wants and needs.
He knowns the systems and the professionals involved well and helped up navigate them effectively. We could not have had this great outcome without him! We're super grateful that he took our project on.

Sean and his team are skilled professionals. Sean helped us create custom plans for our dream home and identified a variety of common “pitfalls” (such as balcony leaks over living spaces or bedrooms). We are extremely grateful for these insights.

During the period of designing our home, we were on the tail end of the covid pandemic where the building industry was bottlenecked. This caused significant delay however sean and his team provided us with timeline updates and delivered on the deadlines they had promised.

We are now in the process of considering our next build and will be returning to Sean and his team for their advice and expertise.
