Once called back, I was greeted by Dr. Lok, who immediately put me at ease with his friendly demeanor and reassuring presence. Before beginning any treatment, he took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process and address any concerns or questions I had. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and I felt confident that I was in good hands.

During the examination, Dr. Lok was incredibly thorough, taking the time to carefully assess my dental health and discuss any areas of concern. I am extremely happy and grateful that I have Adrian as my dentist. He is very professional and caring.

He is doing my braces and the process has been very good, efficient, and he has advised me every step of the way so that I understand exactly what is happening with my teeth as they shift over time.

Adrian has also built a great team around him. His admin staff are respectful, courteous and diligent as they provide me with reminders about my appointments by way of telephone and SMS text message. In partiuclar, Melinda is also very good and does a great job.

I have been to many different dentists over the years and now I finally found the place where I will be going for check-ups. Will definitely be recommending to my family and friends.

Dr Adrian Lok and his team are an excellent choice for your dental work. They are a very friendly, caring, well equipped and professional dental practice. Dr Adrian is very articulate in answering any questions you may have about your treatment, putting your mind at ease. I appreciate his friendly but very professional approach and I can honestly recommend them without any hesitation.

Dr.Adrian helped me extracted two wisdom teeth, he is very professional and experienced doctor I have seen. Also, Melinda is a very friendly and OHT, she cleaned my teeth few weeks ago, she teaches me how to look after my teeth and oral hygiene. The price here is reasonable. The stuff here are very nice. I started my Invisalign journey with Lok dentist about 1and Half years ago and I didn’t regret even for one second. I wish I had known them earlier so I could have done my teeth long ago!
Dr Lok is professional, attentive and skilful. You can openly discuss your teeth concerns and queries with him and will always get satisfying answers from him.
The other staff are also very friendly and professional! They make you feel like you are home! Isn’t it the most important thing when you go see a dentist?!🤣

For the past 10 years I have had sessions with 12 to 14 dentists in VIC and NSW with my teeth issues, I am most confident to call Adrian and his team the best.
Located in the quietest corner of Chatswood Chase but still always fully booked out, the clinic is in a neat and tidy fashion with a one team to one customer service feel.
Good for money, Lok Dentists always look after their clients. The fees I have paid not only gets me a good service but also I felt the true value within a dental care.

They are very reasonably priced & provide the quality care & expertise you would expect from longstanding industry leaders in dental care.
