MUJI Chatswood

This shop is always well organised with polite staff. The stationary is my favourite part about this store as it is easy to use and looks very minimalistic. It's a little bit pricey but you're paying for good quality products :)

Staff were really cool,they helped me get that Denim Kapok Coat from the backrooms and were happy to go back and find it my size. Cherry on top? Coat was on special!! YAY!!

Always love their vibe in this store, their stationary is a staple in my collection. The customer service can be a hit or a miss, but I've personally had more hits than misses, most of the staff I talked to were patient and kind and that's what an introvert appreciates!

Very nice store with neat displays as you'd expect from a Japanese shop. Not as many products as the Muji overseas stores but I had a good shopping experience. $$$ I spent $400-$500 and am happy with my purchases. Recommend anyone to take a look and browse the isles 👍

Love, love, loved it. The staff are very friendly and the two storeys of shop help with variation of goods. It may be a bit smaller than the one in the city and there is certainly not as much stock as that store, but its still really good for someone that doesn't want to travel to Town Hall. The stock in this store is: storage, homewares, kitchen and dining, manchester, stationery items, bathroom, etc. Pretty much a whole house of items! I'd definitely recommend if you want to buy more storage items you don't (but certainly want) need, or some nice pens and desk items.

My photos show just a few items you can buy there. The set of drawers is spacious and holds everything I need. The storage trays are cute and definitely a good size for knick knacks. The suction cup metal rack is perfect for holding sponges (and the suction cups actually stay, gasp!)

The shop has two levels and is well sorted into sections which help you to find what you need fairly quickly. But I still enjoy spending time in here browsing and experiencing the nice subtle feeling their product offers.

They have good price on the clearance items, and they are all in perfect conditions.

The products are always very user-friendly, eco-friendly, and simple in style. They are very high-quality products which last forever!

If you like to "keep it simple" lifestyle, this is definitely the right place to be.

I forgot her name, but this staff member was so helpful and sweet. She is the nicest person who has ever helped me in this store, very grateful. She must be valued!

Lots of helpful and minimalistic products at pretty low prices. The muji pens are $1.50 each but you can buy ink refills at a lower price so keep your original pens.

Luv this shop. Has something for everyone. Quilts are light as a feather. Great for every storage need. And cooking needs. Staff are super friendly.

What a store, it took me straight back to Japan, without having left Australia. The beauty in design of all products in every range was perfect.
Elevator available for wheelchair access to 1st floor, for more minimalistic and aesthetic pleasing products.
Well worth a visit, if you're in Chatswood.

I have been a customer here for a significant time and recommend it enthusiastically- great range of (often unique) products. The store is intelligently formatted and staff knowledge and courteous.

I think I’m addicted to you guys. My house is turning muji mainly due to their practical and useful kitchen and dining items! I use their teapot, glass teacup on a day to day basis. Some things are a little expensive here and there but there are great items for a reasonable price.

aesthetic stationery with affordable prices. highly reccomend. don't buy the skincare though, it's absolutely useless

Love the place, very clean and inviting. Staffs are very friendly and helpful -- thanks Jodie who provided useful ideas on products and even helped me to carry large boxes from level 2 to ground floor. Highly recommend.

Just like being in japan. Prices are even roughly the same... ie unlike most japanese chains that come to australia... i'm looking at you Daiso!

I love Muji. It’s a peaceful sanctuary of a store. The products are good quality, clean and simple with a Japanese aesthetic. The staff are friendly and helpful, without being too over-bearing.
