Always quick, professional and car is very clean. Nice cafe space with fast free wifi too. I had an issue where I misplaced my car key somewhere in my car. Car would start as key is in it and wouldn't lock. I'd spent hours in my car trying to find it. I explained my issue and within seconds they had found it. Can't thank them enough.

As always I was very pleased with all aspects of the service, quality, cost, very reasonable pricing, timing, work completed within estimated time.

For only $45 I got the Deluxe wash inside and out plus one of the best coffees I've ever had included. Great waiting area in the shade with toilets too. Friendly and efficient service and I'm extremely happy with the job done on the car. Even though they were very busy seeing as how the torrential rains had just eased off I was in and out of there in around 30 minutes. I'll definitely be back regularly and can highly recommend!

Fantastic team with great service and quality. Was worth 110$ money for the car wash, wax polished and immaculate detailing n cleaning inside. Will come back next time I'm in the Gong area!

Had a Full detail of my car done here. Excellent job done by these guys. Car looks brand new inside and out. They also took $60 off their advertised price, so great value for money. No need for booking either just turned up in the morning and picked up in the arvo. Recommend to all

I took my four wheel drive here for a clean inside and out. It cost $70 for the full service. They did a good job and I wasn't there too long. You can sit inside the cafe while you wait for car to be finished off. They offer you a complimentary hot drink while they work on the car.

This is one of those businesses that people either get right or screw it up and close 6 months after opening.

I’ve been coming to the Professional Car Wash & Cafe for over 5 years now and whilst yes, they are not cheap, my car comes out looking spotless every single time and over the course of time there are no scratches in the finish of the paint.

There is also something about watching your pride a joy be washed for you when you know you should be doing it yourself :-)

These guys are awesome and I’ll be back as soon as the next dump of Port Kembla acid rain comes down on my car.

My car got the external detail with machine buff, and it was a very good experience. Done in an hour, free coffee, and they vacuumed the interior free of charge! Also got a $20 voucher for my next visit, will definitely go again.

I have been going here for years. Why?? because I find them to be the best place in Wollongong for thoroughly cleaning your car to a standard better than other places I have visited in the past.. Not only that, but this team of workers have proven over and over to be the most friendly, polite and helpful team. Nothing is too much trouble for them and the owner should be very proud. I am going back today.

Straightforward and quick service at a reasonable price. Just what you expect from a car-wash. There is also a little cafe here, which is nothing fancy, but it's good enough to sit down and relax in while your car is getting cleaned.
