Gloria Jean's Coffees Chatswood Store

Great, comfortable. Able to charge my phone and the food is lovely. I ordered a freshly baked scone, delicious! The atmosphere is extremely relaxed and comfortable, easy and fast to order. The service is friendly, helpful and efficient. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and restrooms are clean and easily accessible too.

Always welcomed to this spotless happy atmosphere with a smile. The owner is very hardworking and quick, has a passion for coffee as I heard him explaining all about coffee to someone who had many questions. A great meet up spot for friends.

It's a bit shocking how many people nowadays waltz into places with the intention of being treated like a god, or trying to kick someone down, and need someone else to vent on because their the least respected person in their life.

Perhaps, they want to lord their 'customer rights' over someone else, and feel insulted when their fragile, glass egos get challenged when the guy shows actual spine. Then, they go onto google reviews, and then have their trashy friends review bomb a place (and like each other's posts) to get even.

Just today, some dirty old man in a blue shirt and black cap was creeping around some younger female customers, and was asked very firmly to sit down. Immediately gets angry and confrontational, throws every racist comment under the sun, and then bolts. Disgusting.

Every time I've gone, the owner's been very nice, welcoming, smiling, and even striking up chatter if he's not too busy. This guy 100% cares about his customers.

If you're here to exercise non-existant social power, then get out. Your kind existing damages shop reputation more than your business could ever be worth.

Excellent coffees and cakes served by a really friendly, and super - efficient staff member. Customers served with exactly what they wanted, prices fair and all with a personal touch. Tables frequently cleaned; sounds like many other coffee shops except all this was delivered by a single person. A super-hero barista!

Excellent service with friendly and accommodating staff. The man working put a straw in my drink so that I wouldn't get mixed up with the drinks as I had bought 2 and he was very kind. Drinks tasted fantastic and I will be going back whenever I'm in Chatswood.

I absolutely love this shop. It's my go-to cafe in Chatswood, and I take friend whenever possible too. The owner is very nice. He's very welcoming every time, and lets me stay and study for hours even after I finish my food.
The inner areas have plenty of seating, with the option between tables and couches. Very homey.
Of the drinks, I think the highlights definitely are the chocolate based ones, like the iced drinks and mocha. My personal favourite is the mudslide mocha, but on colder days, I get the normal mocha hot drinks.
Some may say that the prices are higher than the average cafe, but I think that's unavoidable with franchising.
The best selling point of this cafe more than makes up for it though, and it's the cakes. I love the cakes so much, and they're so affordable, at around $5.50 for a good-sized slice.
The New York cheesecake and the Blueberry cheesecakes are my favourites.
They aren't too soft, and are appropriately creamy, on top of being well-sized and well within my price range.
I can get a quiet place to study, a delicious drink, and an even more delicious cake for $10, and that's all I can ask for.

My experience here was so amazing! The man who served me was so patient and kind when taking my order and gave me recommendations on what to add to my drink. He then made me The BEST Iced Chocolate Frappe I have ever drank!! I could barely feel any ice chunks, delicious chocolate flavouring (very generous amount) topped with a large amount of whipped cream, caramel drizzle and chocolate powder to finish it off. I finished that drink in an INSTANT! It’s was amazing and so so delicious. That man was not only so nice, he also made such an amazing drink that I would definitely come back to get it again.

10/10 would come everyday just for the drink AND the amazing customer service!!!

Customer service is very friendly, the drink taste so good! The Korean staff are so helpful and friendly, he helped me to charge my phone for the whole afternoon, always interacts with his clients!

The owner is very friendly and genuinely seems to value great service for all his customers. He taught me a smidge of Korean. GJ would go to GJs again.
