Very friendly local hidden bar. They were behind the curtain of a coffee shop. Also very nice and skillful staff. Small and cozy bar. I believe they are loved by many customers as they have a big ceiling full of customer's souvenirs. Nice cocktail and beer. Would love to come back next time.

Screen Illawarra had an excellent time at the Black Cockatoo for our members networking night. Love a bar that feels like its 3am all the time, a really hidden secret speakeasy vibe. We shall be back.

The Atmosphere is intimate and soaked in ambiance. The bar staff are charming and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this bar if you are looking for an intimate evening.

Currently the best bar in Wollongong in my opinion. Cocktails and drinks are consistently good. Staff are great. The only thing that could make it better is if the music wasn’t as loud, as you literally can’t hear and if their venue had more space! Consistently see them having to turn away business due to limited seating

My new go-to. Perfect joint for a post meal nightcap. Craft cocktails served by bartenders who know their stuff, in a speakeasy style bar accessed via a discreet entrance through another shop.

We were served an absolute plethora of memories and the service was amazing. Dan our bartender ensured we had an amazing time and served us an absolute amazing platter of memories and chatter. The service dan provided was amazing and was definitely a night to remember.

This place is sick! I stumbled into this joint around 12.30am and the whole place was alive and full of energy. The bartender Jacob seemed cool and enthusiastic. Awesome vibe, good drinks and nice discreet location which helps when avoiding the typical drunk idiot you encounter on a night out in wollongong. Can’t wait to go back.

Okay where do I start. What a gem, came to wollongong for a catch up with a mate, found this legendary status bar, hospitality plus. Despo, hunter thank you lads for keeping us well watered and entertained. We found everything to be very habitable.

One of the best venues in Wollongong. Friendly service and a great range of cocktails and craft beers. No doubt you will discover your next favourite drink in here and will probably drink so much of it you forget what it is called and have to come back for round 2.

This is a great little bar to get comfortable in. Great selection of drinks and a fab crew behind the ramp.

Loved this place! Fantastic little hole in the wall bar that feels like a micro pub with a great team and great drinks.
