Excellent staff! The layout of the place is quite nice too, the whole process was very enjoyable. The only downside is the slow shipping, it took 3 weeks just to get a vanity. Recommended.

Would also give zero stars or even minus a billion stars. Steven is very good at not delivering on his promises. Was unable to complete our order 12 months later and unable to give us a refund. We have blown thousands of dollars trusting Bathroom Gallery. Steven has ignored Fair Trading, all I want is our money back.

Nice guy, but absolutely hopeless at running a business. Took 9 months to complete a new build bathroom that is small. Was originally told 3 weeks to complete.
We had to finish ourselves.
Some of the problems, tiles laid poorly, gyprock cornice not set at correct position, shower waste not set correctly, underfloor heating constantly on in one spot, mirror hooks screwed straight into pipe, we have to clean off all the glue from the tiles ourselves, source our own vanity as he couldnt order the correct one.
Was going to give us voucher to remove original review, that never showed either lol. At least original review was better.

Would not recommend purchasing through this company. Placed my order in August and have only just received all of it 14 weeks later. Steve told me 2-3 weeks via emails, did not contact me or communicate that my order had been put on back order then proceeded to lie and tell me it would be ready next week and continued to do so for several weeks. We were unable to complete or use our bathroom this whole time. Steve told me numerous times via text that he would be delivering items to my house so I waited home all day and he never showed up or even contacted me to tell me he wasn’t coming. Quick to take full payment then nothing but lies, false promises and extremely poor customer service.

Would give zero stars if it were possible. Absolutely atrocious service. Ordered something a whole month ago and had trouble with the order. Attempted to rectify issue numerous times but every attempt to speak with someone was met with a “I will get someone to call you back”. My issue was as simple as just trying to organise my order for delivery rather than pick up, as I’m from interstate. Lack of follow up was becoming so frustrating that every time I called and spoke to someone, I would remind them that they would always promise to contact me and never would. So I asked for reassurance that someone would indeed be following this up but every time time without fail, has resulted in no call back. I have also attempted to use their message function on their site, but again no response. My situation is still unresolved, so I would suggest that unless you prefer to deal with lack of service like this, stay away from this seller.

Disappointing that a local company has such poor service. We had delay after delay, mutliple wrong items, after 7 weeks still an out of stock item, and lack of contact. We ended up returning 2 items - first 5 weeks after initial payment, second 7 weeks after initial payment. It has now been 12 weeks since inital payment(5 weeks since 2nd item returned) and no refund has been made after multiple attempts to contact and resolve.
