Great products and great service

The hand held vacuum I ordered is different from the one I received They advertise it as having high suction power where as the one I received was a different model and the power is poor to say the least. Tools Express response was to point out that the vacuum is that sucks up small items and dust in hard to reach places. I bought this product because I was lead to believe that the suction power was incredibly strong for its size. This is not the case. Just a cheap plastic product sent from China and I was duped into paying $99.00 for it. Steer clear of these people.
