Even though there is generally a wait time, that is pretty normal in most medical offices, the front desk staff are courteous and friendly and willing to assist you with any questions. The Nurses are AMAZING... I get regular injections and pain free! and they are empathetic and funny too. I see Dr Jayswal, He is thorough and doesn't rush you, he is compassionate and he listens, he really goes the extra mile. The service has really improved over the years and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Always a pleasant experience when I need to see my GP, Dr Joshua Tuxford. He goes above and beyond to help me.

The Wollongong Medical Centre, is easy to make an appointment, waiting time is minimal and I’m seen to at reception in a timely manner. All staff are friendly and helpful.

Dr Malgorzata has wonderful bedside manner, she is calm, attentive and empathetic, she helped with my mental health issues and referrals, provided me with options for support and services and listened to my concerns, thankyou.

Very friendly and helpful service, especially from the girls at reception. They went above and beyond to help my partner to be seen as quickly as possible. We’re very glad to have come here!

Incredibly helpful and polite, was able to assist with my walk in appointment and make sure we weren’t waiting forever. Made sure I understood all possible charges so I didn’t have any surprise costs which was good just incase.

I like this place it was a 15 minute wait for a man with sand in his eye (me). Like i love the staff and i feel sorry for all the backlash like mate how hard r u gonna judge. I feel bad for you Victoria. i hope this makes u feel better. 5 stars best medical centre in nsw

I have come to this practice for years, and was always well received at the front desk.
This is a central practice,so of course,there might be a few delays, but never bother me.
And the doctors are amazing. always

I have been here many times and have always been happy with the service. Reception staff are more often than not friendly and helpful. The doctors have always been professional efficient. I rarely wait more than 20min, in instances where the wait is longer reception staff have informed me of this and I have been able to run errands elsewhere in town and come back.

I was anxious about visiting this practice after seeing all the bad reviews. But it was the only option at Wollongong on Sunday afternoon. I was really happy with the experience! The wait was only 15 mins despite lots of people waiting. The receptionist Louise was really friendly and the doctor was professional and gave high quality treatment and advice for my baby.

Great bulk billed Medical Centre. No complaints here for a free service. The staff do a great job and are always friendly and efficient. The Doctors are always helpful. Considering the waiting times are sometimes long, the Staff do a fantastic job to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.

The review is for (most of. ) the doctors and the nurse. There is one receptionist who is really rude. Only one really nice one. Disappointing that someone who is so rude is in such close contact with vulnerable members of the community.

The Reception Staff are wonderful. So kind and professional. There is always a waiting time but you can go out and return instead of sitting there. The choice of doctors is great.

even thou this practice is very busy I have been coming here for years and have always been treated with high respect and the doctors are very caring.

Fantastic reception staff. Generally very quick to see a doctor, but when busy only have to wait about an hour. Doctors are great and take care to really listen.

The ladies at the front desk are very helpful .
So do make an appointment as the DRS here are always busy looking after you're health ...

Couldn't thank the reception staff enough, for the comforting words and chat. Every time I attend the centre, am treated wonderfully. Also thank you to the Dr that saves my life here!
