Service with a smile.

Not often I review service stations unless they stand out. But I do recommend filling up here I appreciate good customer service and I’d say this is one of the friendliest service stations in the Illawarra!

I stopped in to fuel the car and grab myself a snack was greeted by Cath at the counter. Nothing better than a smile and have someone say gday from behind the counter something I notice becoming less common these days.

A great selection of snacks and drinks at a reasonable price. The shop and facility’s were clean and tidy. I also notice the toilet was very clean.

Overall a great pit stop and I know where to fill up next time!

Enhance Russell Vale have the best fuel and prices. The place is clean when you go in and Cath is always friendly and for a chat. She is a lovely lady and a great asset to your company. Thank you Cath for your continued excellence in customer service.

Great blokes. Darren looks like Catweasel but he is still better looking than Pete ( Buck). All the staff here are always smiling and make you feel like they are genuinely happy to see you . The store is always immaculate particularly the bathroom which is such a pleasant change from other service stations and Mcdonalds etc. Best servo in the Illawarra.

Alwats great service when i go in late at night to find cath in a bubbley mood ready for a chit chat. Also we cant forget the bathroom! She must clean it as soon as someone leaves! Its always spotless

I am an Uber driver and visit many service stations and the word service is a word that is exploited by many but Russellvale enhance is a true indicator and definition of the word from their employees usually Darren and Kath who are always super friendly and so engaged with their customers to their manager Peter who runs a tight ship and always bends over backwards to make you feel welcomed in his store. Their toilet facilities are always spotless and I will gladly recommend this store to all my friends and family! Thank you enhance because this is the standard that all others should strive for

One of the best service stations I have ever been to. Small but big on service. Rest Room is spotlessly clean and there is a small shop. Easy to enter and exit. Friendly staff. You couldn't ask for more from a service station.
