I bought a bag for my wife online. She decided she didn't want it. So, rather than having to pay for return postage, into the store I went to see about a refund. I went to no particular part of the store and asked if I could get a refund. I only had the email confirmation of purchase, but i was told that was fine. The mobile signal in that store is so bad I could see my emails! Regardless, the helpful person at the counter simply asked for my name and ID. He looked up my purchase. Took back the bag and provided a refund! Incredibly easy. Noting that I hate shopping and got out of there pretty quick afterwards. I'm sure the range of...clothes or shoes and stuff is also great.

Helpful staffs!! There are always great deals on offer. The main thing is that compared to other stores, I felt that I could get quality materials and clothes that fit all body shapes. Because it is very difficult to find stylish clothes for chubby women, but today I am glad that I found what I was looking for.

Purnima provided a great service in the shoe section.She helped me with a beautiful smile .Not only did she find the correct size for me but also provided good suggestions.Appreciate her assistance.

Kelvin working in the men’s formal attire is an absolutely amazing guy. He helped my friend find the perfect suit - first pick and it was genuinely perfect; a rich dark purple suit and he even discounted it for us. Thanks kelvin <3

Jessie from the Estee Lauder range in Myer was absolutely amazing and was so so accommodating - 10/10. We went in having a bit of an idea of what we were looking for but we had no idea where to start. She was happy to answer all our questions, provide samples and testers where needed and provide her input on which shades she felt were best for us. She also gave us some cute little freebies and this whole experience has encouraged me to shop at Myer and Estee Lauder even more. She was incredibly friendly, caring and cheerful and her sense of humour made the whole process of trying to find products and the right shade super relaxing. Definitely will be back!!

We’ve also looked at shoes and bags a few times and Gordy has been the one helping us lately. She’s fantastic and such an asset to Myer.

Needed a specific Men's Sports Jacket which was unavailable in any Victorian Branch. Rang Canberra and a Kelvin assisted me in finding the item. Kelvin was extremely helpful and would thoroughly recommend his service to any customer. Really appreciated his assistance with this purchase.

Friendly and helpful staff but unfortunately you have to go looking for them.

We went into Myer tonight for their pre Xmas sale and were pleasantly surprised by the whole set up. There were plenty of good bargains and plenty of staff to sell them. All the staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. There were a good range of free nibbles that were well planned and appropriately packaged. Well done Myer.

Needed to buy some shoes for work and needed to try on a few sizes as i was told the once I wanted ran a few sizes bigger than normal. Jun was so helpful with getting me the right size and advised me on what style of shoe to get for my specific job requirements. Lovely service and great advice. Thankyou Jun! :)

Great brand selection, helpful staff. Particularly the two ladies in children's wear. I have a new-found appreciation for the parents room Myer has. It makes all the difference when shopping with a little baby. The parent room is also well maintained which is nice to see. Recommend!
