Not enough praise can be made for the Box Gym and the Coaches Justin and Sheridan!
They've created an amazing space full of great energy that's supportive and inviting, where not only myself but others are thriving.
The small classes are great and the coaches go above and beyond to give you feedback to correct techniques and get the improvements to succeed.
Personally the Coaches have successfully helped me lose over 20kg and provided consistent check-ins with guidance with nutrition advice to keep me on track.

I can’t give Justin and the space he has created more praise! I started here roughly 6 months ago, feeling very overwhelmed and hesitant but knowing I needed to make a lifestyle change. In those 6 months Justin has guided and helped me in gaining a deeper understanding in nutrition and technique. Even though it is small group training, everything is fine tuned and personalised to help you achieve your individual goals, whilst still getting the benefit of being part of a supportive and uplifting group of people. Ive never felt more energised, confident and consistent in a gym setting as I do now, and it is all credit to Justin’s attentiveness, knowledge and overall love for what he does. I highly recommend the box to anyone, where ever you are on your fitness journey. Sheridan and Justin are absolute legends!!!

Dramatically improved my fitness with the support and guidance of Justin at The Box. His sessions are well thought out, he’s motivating without being intimidating and there’s always lots of laughs which creates a great community vibe. I’ve had an incredible experience at The Box with Justin as my personal trainer over the last 8 months. The level of professionalism is top-notch, and the premium atmosphere of the space adds to the overall positive vibe.
Justin’s attention to my progress has been unparalleled, making every session both challenging and rewarding.

Justin is amazing! He is the one trainer that I’ve seen results from. I came to him with a goal and I got there. So if you want a trainer who is motivating, supportive, that also gives you results. Hands down give Justin a go at his new gym!

I’ve been attending classes with Justin for 2.5 years now and I can genuinely say that his support has been the reason I have the active lifestyle I have today. I was one of those people that would sign up to a gym and never use it, constantly promising myself “tomorrow I’ll go”. The structure of Justin’s classes keeps me accountable, motivated and means I don’t need to plan. Highly recommend to anyone of any fitness level — you won’t regret it. Your mental health will thank you too!

When I first started going to the gym, I felt like a fish out of water. I wasn't sure what exercises would help me achieve my goals, what nutrition choices to make, or how to complete half of the exercises with correct form. I've been training with Redefine me for 3 years and highly recommend it and any of Justin's services, whether it be PT, training programs or online coaching. He has helped my achieve every one of my health and fitness goals and built my confidence over the years. He has great communication, quick to respond and attentive of your goals and needs. Over the years I have gained so much strength and created definition and tone. His programs are easy to follow and use to track your progress. Highly highly recommend Justin/Redefineme no matter where you are in your fitness journey!

5 Stars aren't enough for Justin & his team at The Box.

Struggled heaps with attending the gym simply because I had no idea what I was doing most of the time - The Box changed that for me!

I have been training with Redefineme for over a year now and highly recommend them. When I started training I wanted to get fit and lose some weight after starting a desk job over lockdown. I had never touched a barbell before, and hadn't been to the gym in a few years. Justin worked with me to understand my goals, plan and educate in all aspects - technique and form, nutrition and mindset. I've now surpassed my initial goals and am the fittest and strongest I've ever been.

The group classes are equally effective and fun. Everyone is friendly and supportive. The training blocks are organised to drive results, with each weekday having a different focus between muscle groups and strength/cardio. I enjoy the strength sessions most, where we get detailed feedback on form and listing safely, and Justin is always ready to motivate us to go for our next PB.

Holidays and injuries have also never been a problem. When I've travelled Justin has provided bodyweight and minimal equipment programs to help keep me on track, and always checks in. I also picked up an injury when skiing, and Justin had endless variations and alternatives while I recovered.

Justin is an expert PT, and always working to expand his knowledge. He is genuinely passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals, I can't recommend Justin more!

I couldn’t thank Justin enough for his unlimited knowledge, support and guidance. Justin has given me so much confidence in the gym and with my lifting techniques and is always there to hype me up. Before starting with Justin, I was suffering with a knee injury and wasn’t enjoying the gym or exercising but after the initial 9 weeks, the pain in my knee has subsided and I am now the strongest I have ever been!! Not only has my physical health improved, but my mental health and my relationship with my body has as well. Couldn’t recommend Justin enough!

Justin is extremely knowledgeable and and will help you reach any health and fitness goal you have. He created a personalised workout plan that was tailored to my specific needs and abilities and he is also great at providing modifications and alternatives when needed. He provides constant encouragement and support. I have seen significant improvement in my strength and overall fitness since working with him. I highly recommend Justin!!

Justin is one of the best and most friendly trainers I have encountered. Before seeing Justin, I was always unsure of my lifting technique and struggled to find a good workout plan that fits my busy lifestyle. I now am confident in my lifting technique, have a good and structured lifting plan, and love going to the gym. My mental clarity has improved dramatically since seeing Justin and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their fitness across all levels.

Having been with Redefineme for just under six months, I highly recommend Justin. I had previously suffered from a shoulder injury, and back injury. Justin's tailored made program, has allowed me to rebuild both injuries. Redefineme has built my fitness level from the ground up. No matter what level of fitness you start at, Justin can certainly assist in all aspects of physical health.

Prior to training with Justin I was struggling to motivate myself in the gym, I knew what to do but never challenged myself enough. A coach always needs a coach, and he is a great example! I have seen improvement in both my strength and overall fitness. I PR both my deadlift and squat within 6 weeks of training. I would 100% recommend training with Justin as he goes above and beyond for effort and communication with his clients.

I could not recommend redefineme highly enough. I had no idea what I was doing when I started at the gym and lacked confidence. I started training with Justin over 3 years ago and not only has it helped with my physical health but also my mental health. Training with Justin has been the most rewarding and successful investment into myself that I have made! Prior to joining Redefine me I struggled with accountability which resolved in me developing a poor relationship with exercise. Justin took all of my concerns on board and has completely changed my outlook on exercising and nutrition. He has created tailored programs to achieve my goals and each new phase adding different movements so that its fresh and progress is continual!
I now look forward going to the gym and love this new positive relationship I have with exercising with results to show for it. Justin is always approachable supportive and encouraging- feels although he is equally invested in my progress as me!

As someone who has signed up to each and every 4/6/8 week challenge with numerous gyms I can say with sincerity that the results I have achieved with Justin are here to stay- not just a quick fix that is impossible to maintain! And not just physical changes, mentally I have transitioned my mindset away from the scales to looking/feeling stronger. I cannot recommend Justin and the service at Redefine me enough.

Could not recommend Justin enough. Before I started with Justin I was going to the gym 4 times a week, thought I was doing all the right things but wasn’t seeing results. Justin was able to guide me in the right direction with workout plans, meal plans, my technique and how to be effective at the gym. After 9 week I was already seeing amazing results.

His programs are amazing and I was smashing my goals week to week. He was always there to answer my messages when I didn’t know what to do and hype me up to hit PBs. Not only have I improved physically in strength but my confidence at the gym and in myself has dramatically increase. Will always appreciate what he has done for me and taught me.

Would highly recommend to anybody who wants to gain more confidence and learn a few more exercises so you can destroy your next gym workout. Thanks again for everything Justin.
