Officeworks Fairy Meadow

Best experience there over the last few days! The staff went above and beyond to help my son with the purchase of a new phone. The colour he wanted was not in stock so they ordered it and I said I'd prefer to collect it from the store (as they asked delivery or Click and Collect). Thank you to all involved!

It arrived yesterday as expected and I drove to the store - a few parks left but not in the "bays where I should be parking for click and collect". Wanted to go in to look for a phone case anyway - so didn't click on the link to say I was on my way from the message received.

Greeted then helped by another team member for certain phone cases... any way we didn't purchase anything and stood around the trolley/entrance area (out of the way of course) but the lady (Natasha) that initally greeted us asked if we needed some help... I said we are okay and just waiting out of the heat as we couldn't find a carpark in the designated spot. I was a little vague as we were okay. I clicked on the link and after about a minute or so I was about to walk out to see if the carpark was now available but she must have realised what I was talking about and she asked if anyone was helping us and if they had scanned the barcode yet? I must have looked confused. I didn't realise that Click and Collect was instore now (even though there was a sign near Natasha and on the barcode it said to have it scanned by a team member and it didn't say anything about waiting in a certain bay)... Natasha scanned the barcode and she said it won't be long and someone will be out soon.

We had a good laugh and she explained that it was only during covid that Click and Collect had the designated bays and within literally within 2mins the package was in our hands.

Byron from the photo printing section was absolutely amazing knowledgeable and super patient with printing all my photos when he then had to tend to other customers also thank you very much 👍👍

I went in for a few items, I got everything except the printer I wanted however I was told I can order it online and pick it up in store instead of paying postage.
I also got 3 documents made into A3 size for only 90cents and it took about 3 minutes. Excellent service and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Always nice people, and always a large range of products, my favourite thing to do on a weekend is to walk around the shop for hours. Also it's got good air-conditioning. 😊

I have never had such great service before from Office Works staff, the young girl at the print service desk (I think her name was Alexia), she had glass on as well I think, but she was extremely helpful and I couldn’t be more happy with the service from her! Thank you!

Very helpful especially the lovely lady with short blonde hair in the printing service area, I had to come in a few times to print a design portfolio for interviews and she was very helpful. I ended up having two sets printed, the 2nd being for Toyota and I got the job. So thank you for your help! 😊

This is a great store. I had to take in a computer for a warranty claim this week but had lost the receipt. Ashish found the purchase record from last year in the system and was able to process the claim. Super helpful, great customer service. Very glad I bought my computer from Officeworks Fairy Meadow

Amazing service in the print & bind section. Even in peak times they managed to bind a large document in 10 minutes while I waited - twice in one day - and all with a smile and a pleasant demeanour. Stark contrast to Nowra Officeworks …

I need to give a massive shout out to office works Fairy Meadow particularly the ladies at the print copy department.
Mum passed away a week ago family was flown out from NZ to be here for the funeral and with some magic the funeral was able to be had within the week before the family left.
Office works staff helped us so much with all the printing of family pictures to be stuck to the coffin.
from myself and the entire family we thank you all so so much.
your generosity will never be forgotten.

Tip for anyone looking to do something similar
A0 print on sticky back paper fits well over the lid
you can fit max 2 x A0 on.

I suggest 1 x A0 and 1 x A3

Busy place with many things to buy for office and school work. Have printers, scanners and quality production

Competitive price matching and beating policy. Exceptional customer service, delivering beyond expectations even if I don't end up buying anything on that visit. To the car service when buying bulky items. Easy return policy and warranty returns.

Can get busy at times during seasonal peak but still a great shopping experience.

Absolutely amazing service at this store! Had many photos to print and I was quite disorganised yet the print and copy staff were so patient and helpful! Specifically a staff member with black hair called Rhianna was incredibly lovely! Thank you so much for hiring such good people! Will definitely be back again

The lovely young lady Charlize was extremely helpful when I was shopping for a few items at Officeworks Fairy Meadow last week. She went above and beyond to assist me and made the shopping experience very pleasant.

Wanted to copy a treasured family photo from the 60's to send to my sister. Staff member was very helpful and courteous and the job was done promptly and at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much.

I would like to say a big thankyou to Dennis, who took time and effort to explain to me, a person lacking in any tech know-how, the best phone charger. It may seem simple on the face of it but I was out of my depth and he was friendly and patient with me. (Also I know this makes me sound like a pensioner but sometimes even 33 year olds need tech help.) If Officeworks has an employee of the month system in place, I nominate Dennis

Great service at the printing counter by Lisa. Even thought the photographic printers were down, Lisa went above and beyond to get my prints delivered by other means. Such a good start to the day. Awesome when people try only to be helpful.
