Village Practice

Just had my flu shot. The nurse was very friendly and so skilled at giving the injection that I didn’t feel a thing! I only waited a few minutes. The practice is bright and airy, with interesting art, cool plants and a selection of books for children. Great vibe - if you need medical assistance, go here!

A medical practice that truly cares about their patients. All of the staff are professional and friendly and make you feel very comfortable. They provide a wide range of services including a nurse that can do vaccinations. Great online presence with ability to make appointments and request referrals/repeat prescriptions online. The BEST thing for me is that Dr Mark Melek is a very caring and experienced professional. He is extremely thorough and does not dismiss any question or complaint. Cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

I just visited Woonona Village Practice and upon arrival the reception/administration team were very approachable and professional. The practice itself has a beautiful architecture and design about it that is modern, relaxing and of taste. Dr. Alicia Mccoll was very welcoming and made the entire session very interpersonal and judgement-free. If you’re looking to book look at all the fantastic reviews as a testament of their practice.

A lovely environment with welcoming staff. From the moment I walked in the door I felt relaxed. The wait was not long and my doctor was kind, attentive and thorough. Bonus was when I needed a blood test I was just able to wait again in the beautiful space for the blood collector to see me. Not your conventional medical centre…a breath of fresh air!
