Surprise packet.
Didn't have great expectations here due to it's location and some of the recent reviews, but I was surprised. A bit quirky as they serve the dine-in food in take-away containers and paper bowls (except for tables eight and over).
The food was extremely tasty and with large portions. Prices were very reasonable at $66 - (2 mixed entrees, sizzling Garlic Beef and Combination Vermicelli Salad). Better than some other Vietnamese restaurants in Wollongong and certainly Nam which is next door. Service was speedy and accurate. Will come back for sure - might have found a new favorite.
Street parking ok for dinner time. Mid-week parking for lunch may be tricky - metered at $2 for two hours.

Possibly the best beef pho and combination vermicelli salad in Wollongong!

Serving sizes were well worth it and the food was delicious. The rice paper rolls were super fresh and the drinks were tasty (iced lemon tea and Thai milk tea)

Service was efficient and the place is tidy. I like it when they don’t waste money on fancy decorations and just focus on the food - makes it more authentic in my eyes.

10/10 will keep visiting.

Note: car park has about six spaces or so for customers but there is street parking as well.

I had a delicious bowl of Pho with big portion and rich broth. The banana fritters and ice cream were superb! They have a great variety of Vietnamese dishes. Highly recommend!

Tastes amazing - it does taste Northern style which does resemble a time I had in Hanoi, Vietnam. Great Value as well $$

I have been to many places but Comay is the best restaurant I have eaten at not only in Wollongong but also in Australia. The food is well seasoned and very tasty. The food I ordered was one of the best dishes of my life. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very cozy. The staff is extremely enthusiastic and friendly. Food was served very quickly and attentively. I can't say a word about Comay restaurant. If I have a chance I will come back again and again.

Surprised me to see Co May empty on a Saturday at 6pm, if you want a better sweet corn soup and a spicier Mongolian Lamb or Chicken Satay. Look no further, one of the best by far I've tried in the area. None of that sweetness the other places seem to have to included in westernizing. Will be back many times over, have been coming here since 2010.
