Massive thanks to Harrison, who was patient and knowledgeable and helped us with fit, style and price comparisons for a variety of running and basketball shoes. He even spent time ringing around to track down one of the last few pairs in the country in our size and have it shipped directly to our home as we were touring interstate at the time. Other staff were also helpful and pleasant while we shopped in different sections throughout the store. In the end we got some great apparel and equipment at good prices and had a fantastic experience.

Dude was so patient, kind and knowledgeable. Showed me 3 different options, didn’t pressure me at all to choose the most expensive. Even showed me how to use the laces to give my dodgy ankle more support. Highly recommended!

Glad we waited in the checkout line to ask where mens swimwear was located- as it was not among swim accessories. The young man who served us had excellent customer service skills, was extremely helpful, cheerful and encouraged hubby to try different sizes and found an affordable outfit.

Ive been assisted by a young man named Harry on a couple of occasions now. He is an asset to Rebel Sport. He always goes above and beyond, his knowledge is excellent and his customer service skills 5 stars. I was in there today and he was very thorough and helpful in finding a basketball jersey for my son. He was also fantastic in helping my 12 year old find the right basketball shoes a couple of months ago.

The customer service was SUPERIOR. Never in my entire life have I met staff as kind as what I had recently. Sadly, I don't know any names, but every single one of them were brilliant. The staff was friendly to everyone and created such a welcoming atmosphere, always offering to help in advance.

Placed a click and collect order today and could not be happier with my experience. Spoke to Jenny (I think) in store who was up to date with my order (placed 10 minutes earlier) and gave very specific directions on where to collect. When collecting, Ian (again, not sure of the name - sorry guys!) was so helpful with the collection process. These guys are helpful and professional and all round amazing. 100% would recommend using this store 👍

I was helped by Samantha and Caitlin first thing in the morning a couple days ago and had a really great experience. I made a mistake in accidentally buying a "slim" pair of Nike sweatpants when I meant to get the "standard" pair. I was worried about being able to exchange for the right pair because I had bought them during a sale but Sam and Caitlin made it very easy and were so nice throughout the whole process. They showed me all the Nike sweatpants available and also explained the options available when the size I wanted wasn't in stock. They then helped me do an "extra mile" so the pair I wanted will be mailed straight to me. I will certainly be back again thanks to the awesome service! :)

I was looking for shoes for work and for the gym, the gentleman who served me was friendly and understanding of my needs. When he couldnt give me my size or colours in the sale items i was looking at, he helped me find something the worked for me and helped me with the price as well.
