Palisade Kitchen & Bar

My wife and I had a fantastic night here. The food was amazing, I had the prawn and crab linguine and my wife had the lamb shoulder. Dishes were flavourful and presented beautifully.
The staff were super friendly and attentive.
We are regulars at Accor hotels as platinum members, this is one of the best dinners I’ve had.
Would highly recommend !

Palisade is a beautiful venue with stunning ocean views, especially from the window seating. Food is beautifully presented and well prepared. The service is excellent and atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. There are several gluten free options and a wide range of drinks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic.

The staff was wonderful, all the food was delicious, and I thought the cooks were of a high level.

Located in the north beach Novotel complex in Wollongong this restaurant has a great outlook over North Beach.
It’s decor is appealing and classy, yet relaxed with both indoor and outdoor dining available.
There’s plenty of options meal wise and they also have a kids menu. Meal sizes are of generous portions.
The staff are friendly and attentive and a big shout out to our server Cheyenne.
They also make a mean margarita at the bar 😝
The bathrooms are stylish and well maintained and if you dine in with little ones they also have a change table included.

We also ate breakfast here as part of our stay at the Novotel. I recommend coming in with an appetite ;)
There's a 2 course option of either a bakery basket or fruit salad, followed by a Big Breakfast.

Always dine here when I am in Wollongong. The food is great. The staff are friendly and always smiling.

We dined here for lunch. Great location and very good service from the staff. Tasty dishes including a nicely cooked steak, fish and chips and lobster rolls. Price is reasonable but a bit on the expensive side.

Good service, good steak, I ordered medium rare and it’s spot one. Vegan cake is also good, great ginger martini as well. I would want a bit of salad with my steak tho

Had a lovely dinner ! Very satisfied with our starters and mains, perfect proportion and tasted amazing! We had a table of 11 people and waitresses Katie did an amazing job of serving us all. Everyone was commenting on how good Katie was of a waitress!

We had a birthday dinner organised for the over 12 person set menu. Don’t be afraid, the amount of food you get and the quality for $75-$90 per person was amazing. The portion sizes are large. I would recommend this for any event. Enjoy!

The atmosphere is very pleasant, service is very good, if you have the chance to try the lobster roll it is very good! the the dessert was delicious and so delicate! Loved the experience ☺

Dined at Palisade on the 5th August 2023, as a long standing member of the Accor Group (1993) I often seek out Accor restaurants on the south coast, on this occasion, during a randon visit I was extremely impressed with the cheerful & pleasent nature of the calibre of the staff that they employ, especially the young lady who serviced me (Cheyenne) who went above & beyond to make the whole experience relaxing & enjoyable. 10/10
