Dr Prashanta Mallick is fantastic! He's been our family GP for a number of years now. He's a genuine, warm and thoughtful individual, who loves taking time to treat his clients. His Explanations are very clear and make a lot of sense. His staff are always welcoming and very polite.

I recently visited the clinic for a minor medical issue and the receptionist was polite and didn’t keep me waiting for long. Dr. Jeffrey who treated me was very kind and thorough. He made me feel at ease and addressed all my concerns. I’m very grateful for his service in solving my issue.

First time I visited this Medical Centre and received fantastic service from Reception, Doctors and Pathologist. They also have online booking and telehealth where you can consultation. I went to visit some other Medical Centre but never received this kind of amazing service. I highly recommended this Medical Centre.

Very well organised. Real and on time advance appointment. They treat patients like a proper customer not a milking cow. Very well knowledged and passionate doctor, specially dr. Chowdhury beg, all time blood collection facility and environment everything is suppose. I travel from Ingleburn to Blacktown and still feel it's worthy. Couldn't like Minto/ingleburn areas any medical centre. There doctor's good but most of the time reception make me sick

This review is in regards to Dr. Chowdhury Beg which I have been fortunate to have as my GP located in Walters Rd Medical Centre.
Dr Beg.has been a great Doctor for me as he is very understanding and listens to your concerns and takes time with the patient to help with there health issues and in my case at times making an effort on his own time to check on my wellness and encouraging me to keep improving due to my disability and doing it tough.
If it wasn’t for his professional guidance and positive comments I would never be as fit or mobile and mentally strong.He has been amazing for me and highly recommend him to anyone with health issues,especially if you are willing to listen to him.

Dr Mallick has been my family Doctor for many years. His knowledge and care is outstanding. He always makes time for his patients and makes sure their needs are addressed. Though sometimes there is a wait to see the doctors, however the outcome of the service is exceptional. The practice has a great team of staff, doctors and allied health professionals working together to address all medical needs. The service provided for pathology results is great too as they make sure they follow up with their patients.

Walters Road Medical Centre has been my one stop for all healthcare needs. Dr Mallick has been my family doctor since 2015 and his sincerity and passion towards all his patients is admirable. Dr Chowdhury Beg is also taking care of our family now. He is on time, dedicated and always ensures we receive the best and most convinient options for treatments. I have seen Mr Martin as well in the past and it's safe to say he is one of the most kindest souls. Never seen him without a warm smile. Absolute legends!

I have been going to WRMC since 2008 I see Dr Prashanta Mallick he is a great doctor and always takes time with his patients and always gives the outmost care and advise to all his patients sometimes we have to wait a bit but he is always apologising . The staff and nurses are always nice and friendly as well . When I cannot see Dr Mallick other doctors are of great caring as well so all I can say is Thankyou to all at Walters Road Medical centre Thankyou

WaltersRoad medical centre very friendly and helpful staff. We have known Dr Mallick for 12 years. He is our family G.P. All of my family members and relatives are taken care by Dr.Mallick.
He is a very good doctor and has a good knowledge on his profession. He is very passionate about his work and wants to genuinely help his patients.
He diagnoses his patients appropriately and diagnosis is always spot on. My 3 children was suffering Asthma and allergic. He helped them managed effectively and efficiently. I stuffed by low iron issues he helped me to improve my iron level. I would highly recommend WaltersRoad medical centre.

Dr Nineveh Latif is THE BEST DOCTOR EVER !! She is extremely professional, thorough, diligent and generous with her time explaining everything. I never leave there with any doubts about what's going on or what's happening with regards to my health. Her follow up service is what makes her stand out . She has phoned me herself to follow up & to schedule an appointment. Yes the waiting times at this practice can be questioned - BUT it's not the doctors fault - they don't make the bookings. Perhaps Management needs to review the frequency times between bookings. I personally phone ahead 15 mins before my scheduled appointment to find out if they're running on time or behind. I personally never complain about having to wait as I know I'm going to receive exceptional service when I see Dr Latif. She is worth waiting for! I hope she stays at this practice - she is their best asset.

We got all our Covid, flu, travel and children's vaccinations smoothly. The GPs and registrars were all cordial and we never had any issues with seeing a range of different doctors. Highly recommended 👍

I have been seeing Dr Nineveh Latif for sometime now and have always had a great experience. I find Dr Latin caring and understanding to my complex health issues and she is knowledgeable and supportive. This practice does have time challenges when it comes time to meeting appointment times however I would rather this with patients at the forefront of their minds than turning you out without any care.

A knowledgeable and friendly GP Dr Mallick, who proactively tries to educate and help patients to get better at looking after their health. Friendly and professional staff makes it a good experience at the centre. I have to really commend the assistance I received for diabetes management. Excellent service.

I took my son to Dr Mallick recently. He and his most staff were very caring. Doctor is very professional and perfect for diagnosis. Most satisfactoy part is doctor explained us the cause of my son's problem and educated my son about anatomy and physiology of his affected body part with a pictorial/3-D diagram. Doctor also monitored my son regularly and notified us about his current situation/progress.
Waiting period is a issue if you choose specific doctor (not a issue if you choose any doctor) but this is common picture for any medical centre in Sydney.

I am always treated with respect and find the staff nice. I understand there is most usually a long long wait but I do not mind as I would not see any other doctor. I followed Dr. Mallick from where he used to work to here which he now owns and if he moves again I will follow again. It is hard to find such a good doctor who is so committed to his patients best interests and finds the best way to make it reasonable in terms of appointments and costs. I have worked as a Medical Receptionist in many places before for many years and I know the wait can someetimes be frustrating. But to find a good doctor who you can build a lifetime relationship with is really difficult. I highly recommend.

A one stop shop for all medical needs and concerns with a surgery on-site tied up with a pathology. It also provides vaccinations for children and travel.

Great team of Doctors and allied health specialists including physiotherapist, podiatrist, psychologist among others who provide care for all generations in a family. Dr Malick has been a family doctor for generations in our family. His practice is well maintained and organized and you are well taken care of as the team of Doctors take the time to understand your concerns and advise accordingly.

I found this center very professional, friendly staff and experienced doctors in all kinds.

Their record keeping is excellent. Chambers are well cleaned and hygienic.

Never felt any objections with their attitude and behavior. Their well behaviour is the key, for peace of mind to clients.

They are patient focused, thoughtful, and treat each patient with integrity and respect. They are committed to providing patient’s with the highest standard of patient care and aim to be involved in all aspects of health care needs. Their services include highly trained and experienced GP’s, a wide range of allied health professionals specialists and nursing staff. They provide comprehensive ongoing care and aim to be involved in all aspects of their health care. The location of the practice is in a small shopping centre surrounded by residential suburb, a large majority of whom make up all Kinds of patient base.

I’ve been seeing Dr Mallick and going to this practice for years . Everyone’s always super nice to me and my doctors are very professional. I only go with my issues one time and he always gives the correct diagnosis and medicine for the issue and don’t have to go back till I’m sick again. I’ve tried other doctors and I feel I’m constantly going back as they give me the wrong advise , I’ve never had that issue with Dr Mallick or any other doctor I seen at this practice . There are times I have to wait for my appointment but that’s generally all doctors so I don’t mind and other times there’s barely any wait time . Would reccomend !
