We have been meaning to go to Fortuna for ages to try it out as we love a good traditional chinese feed and ambiance. We called in for lunch and we weren't disappointed.
We loved the whole feel about the restaurant and the food was delicious. And Patrick was a great host.
I honestly can't understand why it has had some unhappy reviews as it definitely gets 5 stars from us and this will now be our local. Thank you

Excellent food and service. I only gave 3 stars for atmosphere because it was a Tuesday that we visited and was quiet and with a large and well designed room it was a bit strange.

Been a number of times with friends. Always good.

I have had the satay numerous times and it has been good. Cant understand other negative reviews about it.

Not many of these good Chinese restaurants still around now a days. New restaurants always seem to be Thai. I like Thai but dont need 4 local thai restaurants.

This place hasn't changed in years. But it's a testament to the great food & friendly service.
Restaurants come & go but Fortuna Palace is a mainstay.

Smaller meals than most Chinese restaurants however very tasty and fresh. The service is second to none.

So happy that this restaurant has survived the lockdowns and opened again. The food is excellent, the prices are amazing and the service is second to none!

I've been going to Fortuna Palace for over 30 years. After recently returning to Wollongong after living overseas for 8 years, we returned, and it is as good (if not better) than ever. Any meal is sensational, but I highly recommend the Special Fried Rice and Sizzling Mongolian Combination. YUM!

I've gone to fortuna palace for the past 10 years, and it's very consistent with great Chinese food and atmosphere. The owners have never changed hands, and are always very courteous when we go. Unfortunately because it's out of the way it doesn't get as much business as it should!

We get the Peking Duck, and it is always delicious. The owners are so lovely and polite, we frequently dine on a Saturday at lunch time, and the restaurant is clean and is beautifully decorated.

Lovely meals, great service and the best high-chair for our 20-month old toddler !

This place looks catastrophically expensive but is cheeper than my local Chinese take away. The food is exemplary and not greasy. It was raining the night I was there and the waiter asked if we needed an umbrella!

Really enjoyable meal at this clean and tidy restaurant. Very friendly staff. Delicious Peking duck! We will definitely be returning.
