Chemist Warehouse Chadstone Shopping Centre

Pharmacist Lawrence Tiong was so lovely to interact with, he had a really nice friendly demeanour and was very professional. He was happy to do my stat deceleration even though it was busy in store. This was so refreshing after I had a negative experience at another chemist warehouse nearby just moments before. Lawrence should get a raise :)

I absolutely love this chemist warehouse, not only is it huge, but it has absolutely everything you can imagine you would want at a chemist. They have a huge range of holistic and herbal medicines. Also, as well as a very large make up section and perfume section. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, as are the pharmacists, it does get very busy so pick your days and times when you go, and given that it is in Chadstone, it can get hard to find parking

One of the biggest chemist warehouse, many products choices. Perfume selection is great here. Would definitely recommend this chemist.

Sophia (or Sophie?) was so helpful in the makeup section! I was looking for a lipstick for sensitive skin and she absolutely nailed at finding the right product for me. She was So kind, patient and friendly. Please pass onto management that she’s done an amazing job! Thanks 😊

I came in to purchase fragrances for an upcoming wedding a number of months ago - I was lucky enough to be guided by Natalie. Natalie's service was exemplary, her product knowledge unparalleled and her ability to understand my needs and desires was perfect.

Natalie is a model staff member, and spent a chunk of time with me with a smile, taking the time to make sure I felt understood and my likes and dislikes were always noted. I will absolutely be back!

I was looking for a medication that was in worldwide short supply. Chadstone was about the 6th store I'd rung looking for it. GEORGE heard my plight and despite Chadstone store being out of stock, he searched for me and got some put on hold for me at an I ther store . First class service !!

I went in last wednesday around 7pm with a list of items from my wife who hasn't been feeling well for the past week. I was approached by a lovely young lady wearing glasses in the aisles, who could see I was a little lost. She then began walking around the whole store to each aisle so that I could find the products I was sent to get. She was so helpful and so inviting, I will be going back

One of the more spacious Chemist Warehouses I’ve ever been into. The isles are wider than usual, the markings on the floor are clear and it’s got quite a perfume range. The service is good, you can get in and out with what you need without a fuss. Overall a great Chemist Warehouse in comparison to the other claustrophobic ones.

I went shopping today in Chadstone Chemist Warehouse. And 2 Chemist Warehouse staffs - Natalia and another lady supported me so much. They active-listended and provided a wide range of useful fragrance's knowledge and adequate products based on my personalised desires. That make me reliable and trustworthy, supportive so much. Heaven for a perfume freak like me. Can try all the perfumes of different brands on without being interrupted. Also I’m impressed with esther’s service in fragrance department. She’s a lovely lady!

Excellent service and advice as usual. I usually deal with George but recently Mary helped me. She was great. Courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and terrific to deal with.

I think this is the most what a Chemist warehouse can be! It Is HUUUGE. It has a great variety of everything imaginable. I was very surprised to find it.
The lady who advised me, she was very knowledgeable, kind and smiling.
Due to it's sheer size, it lacks the normal, "Chemist warehouse family feeling", but really, it has everything.
