Audika Hearing Clinic Wollongong

My father comes to Audika for his hearing aids. We have always found them excellent. Wonderful customer service both at appointments and in between. Ramesh conducts his hearing tests and has always proved to be unfailingly kind and thoughtful, as well as skilled at his job. He explains things thoroughly to my father making sure to take the time and ensure that he understands his options. Highly recommend.

I took my elderly father to Audika after he had had a previous poor experience in the purchase of hearing aids at another clinic. From when I met Fatima to working with Maria we were both made to feel welcome and comfortable. My dad was treated with respect and Maria was patient, taking ample time to explain his options in terms of hearing aids and most importantly, taking the time to listen to his concerns and explain to him how to manage them effectively. Dad is very happy with his decision to go with Audika and most importantly, if there are issues he is comfortable to go back into the clinic to get further assistance, such was the kindness of the staff. From when we walked in it was about helping my dad making the experience both positive and productive. We are both grateful for the service we received.

Ramesh was great explained everything that I needed to know and he was so quick and so efficient and so friendly, I would recommend him to anyone if I need anything, he said just to ring them that’s great service

From the moment you ring and answered by Fatima you are in good hands everything is taken care of. Ramesh the Audiology spent time explaining the how's and why's, when fitting and instructing me in the use and care of the hearing aids he was very though and always checked my understanding. After a week of use of the hearing aids Ramesh then fine tuned the hearing aids to make my hearing better. Highly recommend Audika Wollongong

I have been using aids for over 10 years, and I can't believe how the new technology has advanced and how clear my hearing is with my new oticon aids. I honestly think I am hearing better now than I have for the last 20 years!
Again, many thanks guys for your attentiveness and care. I couldn't be happier, and having conversations with my family without having to ask them to repeat themselves over and over again is a real joy.

I have now had my hearing aids for about 2 years. On the couple of occasions I have had problems I have been very happy with the care and interest taken by Wollongong Staff,. They have been and are warm ,friendly and efficient in the service given. I do not hesitate to recommend Audika
Wollongong as a Great place to buy Hearing Aids.

A good experience all round. I was skeptical initially but Ramesh gave good solid advice and what to expect from the aids. I am feeling more and more comfortable with the whole experience. My hearing and understanding has improved and continues to get better.

The staff are lovely but the store is old

I'm sorry to have to re-review this company,
what a shame we can't give zero stars, after
all the heavy handed care & time-wasting l've
had to endure from staff member (Edward) I
have now been offloaded to their Clinic at
Fairy Meadow where l find myself re-trialling
my original hearing aids, in saying this l have
been offered a second chance to a different
hearing aid if l'm not completely happy.
