JB Hi-Fi Tamworth

Purchased a set of logitech headphones on Saturday and when I got them home to Gunnedah, they were faulty. Returned them to the store on Sunday and the staff went above and beyond to help me out. I eventually decided on a refund, which was processed without hesitation. Big shout out and thanks to Matt for going that extra mile on customer service. Will definitely be back.

Today I was in the store, by myself trying to find the right product. I had amazing customer service from one of your staff, hid name was axl, he took me around expertly and made my day better.

Don’t like to give negative feedbacks or 1stat. I’ll give 5star but not necessarily my wish. I’ve been a good customer at the Jbhifi, relate with the staffs pretty well but when I need help with maybe factory faults or misplaced item in the box, they get very defensive and protective. I have many times bought replacements either because an item such as product key etc is missing and or not satisfied with the product. But I think I’ve made up my mind not to buy stuffs from jbhifi tamworth. I know they don’t care but atleast I vented my frustration. I hope they read their review though.

A piece from my antenna connection snapped. I had been told that JB stocked all sorts of bits and pieces. I packed the connector into a snaplock bag and headed to the store. As soon as I entered a very pleasant young man approached and asked if he could help.
I showed him the broken connector and In no time at all, I was on my way home with a new connector to fix the problem.

Good selection of TVs, plenty in stock of the model I wanted. Staff are quick and loaded the TV's into my vehicle safely. Prefer their sales style to Harvey Norman. No pressure to buy, just informative and helpful.

I think his name was Sebastian. I was a tad lost in the store so I went to counter and he was quite professional, he set me up to where I need to be! His customer service was incredible and I will be shopping at tam jb as long as he’s working.

Always greeted with a smile, very friendly staff, always up for a little joke and a laugh. They have a good range of products, catering for most people. If it's not in stock they will order it for you on the spot. It's always a good feeling walking in to the store.
