Absolutely the BEST local butcher I found in my 3 years living in North Curl Curl. Anytime I go back to my great dentist at Warringah Medical & Dental, I walk over & grab as much as I can cook in 3 days. The red meat & sausages are excellent quality & very good value in Sydney. I live in Darlinghurst now & we don’t have the variety of this meat - we pay more for much less quality. This place is excellent - we need more of it in Sydney 👍🏼✅✅✅

Love their burgers, one of the best I've eaten in my life, all made with fresh mince patties, and good quantity of ingredients.

Probably the best breakfast burger I’ve ever had. No cap. Came back to review a year later. Butcher made sausage patty, local bacon, quality hash brown, organic eggs, delicious bun. Proper job.

Very good! Infact better then I'd expected from a butchery that does a few burgers. Mince was melt in your mouth and they obviously care about presentation. Love to try some steaks next time at home.

Incredible butcher. All the meat is fresh, high quality, good value and delicious. Lunch menu options are also fantastic.

Customer service is fantastic. Just today, they made a mistake with my order, but I never recieved the wrong order, instead I got an apology, an extra 2 minute wait, my correct order + some extra food. Perfectly handled, I walked away feeling better than I would have with an initially correct order.

My only gripes are the chips can be pretty mediocre, and the occasional long wait time. These would normally take a place down a peg, but they do everything else so right, it would feel wrong to give anything but 5 stars.

I had the breakfast burger today and it's perhaps the best breakfast sandwich on the Beaches... Perfect ratio of ingredients, well constructed and balanced, and the sausage patty (?) was immense. It was a super busy day but the staff were really friendly. Great job!

Excellent butchery with knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff.

They consistently make a delicious and juicy Portuguese Chook burger, freshly prepared on the spot. I also love the tasty honey and macadamia sausages; yet to try their award winning pork, truffle and provolone snags.

Their sage and onion (and regular) chicken schnitzels are excellent on their own, in a sandwich or a wrap with some salad leaves and your favourite mayo and a bevvy on the side.

I believe its worth paying a bit more for the better quality, taste and freshness of the products, coupled with more specialist cuts and varieties that you find here versus a supermarket.

Had one of the beef burgers today. Always a risk trying a new burger place. Put simply, would have to be one of the best burgers I've ever had. Bun, meat and other ingredients were so soft and fresh with the perfect balance of sauce. If you're after a naughty burger treat for lunch, this is the place! Will buy my meat here in future too.

Great people, great food and great service.
We picked up 10 burgers and some sides for the office, they were kind enough to upgrade our drinks and threw in some extra chips. There was a mix-up with the order and we realised once we had arrived back at work that some sides were forgotten, and the team down at TGB took the time to send one of their staff to our site to deliver the remaining items.
Really impressed, you've gained some repeat customers from myself and my colleagues.

I've been going to this butcher for a little while now and the stuff is always amazing. I highly recommend either their sausage rolls (any flavour, but the pork provolone and truffle are to die for) or one of their pies (my favourite is the beef and Guiness)! Haven't seen a better butcher yet, and the team at are always very friendly and helpful!

I go to this butcher every week and have never had any issues with it. The meat has always been fresh and delicious with excellent customer service. Highly recommend the black angus steak and chicken tandoori.

AMAZING MEAT! Bought some beef short ribs, put them in the slow cooker, turned out perfect, falling off the bone!!!!!!! Absolutely delicious. Fantastic customer service as well, very very friendly! Will be coming back!
