Beacon Lighting Penrith

I have bought light globes from Beacon before however I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Terry in the choice of two quite different character light fittings (the aim being to evoke the 1960's) for two external walls - 1 pair to go either side of French doors and a single brass cylindrical up-down light to go beside a doorway. We appreciated the fact that there was sufficient stock to fill our order and Terry's advice was expert and to the point, taking into account our budget, the location of the lights and advantages such as LED globes already in the up down light we finally chose. Thank you Terry and the rest of the Team. :)

Bought down lights from here today and the service i received

From picking out our lights the staff were very welcoming and helpful even thou we were decisive. Jenny helped us out alot and always greeted us with a smile. Even helped get our lay-by to the car. Highly reccomend.

Lovely helpful staff, that know their products. Their attitude and attention to customers was best I have seen anywhere for some time.

Great shop, bit hard to social distance.
Huge array of top quality fashionable, functional, innovative, good looking lighting but someone has to pay for them sponsoring The Block!!!
Fantastic products, would love to buy some of it but the prices were just too expensive for us.
They have a great range of globes too.
I think Harvey Norman Lighting are cheaper, but maybe not the same quality.

I wanted to say thank you to Lisa at Beacon Lighting Penrith. I walked in with a last minute problem owing to a mistake made by my existing lighting supplier. Lisa was able to understand my (very poorly explained) problem and solved the issue for me in a flash. Very impressed and happy with the service here!

Visited Beacon Lighting Penrith on the17th. of June and the service I received was second to none.
Jaz was the lovely girl that served us she new the product she was selling, made suggestions when we were undecided and we came away really thrilled and satisfied with our with our visit to Beacon Lighting.

I went to get parts for lights that have failed after 4 yrs . They replaced the parts at no cost. I'm very happy with the customer service provided.
