Best Soul Origin, I’ve ever been to. Freddy stands out with his exceptional customer service, I know that I can come here on a bad day and he will make my day with his positive energy. It’s nice to see a familiar face who remembers me and reminds me of the rewards that my soul origin membership points have earnt me.

Great to have such familiarised service in such a big chain.

The chicken corn soup is a fave of mine and I love that it’s halal, so nice in the city where there aren’t as many western food halal options.

The salmon & egg bun is nice & creamy.

Lovely Sun at Soul Origin met centre personally made me my lunch salad for me to be able to pick up before they packed them into happy hour packs so I was able to use my voucher. #goingtheextramile thank you.

My most favo cafe! I stop by for my morning coffee on the way to work. The staff are so personable and it makes my day! Quality of the coffee is great and the customer service is simply fantastic which brings me back every time. 5 stars no doubt!

Visited the outlet today as I love their salads, I picked up two vegetarian boxes that had Falafel slaw and quinoa chickpea salad half and half, great value for money, very fresh, juicy and tasty, in fact I picked up a third box for dinner. The quinoa salad somehow had a fishy taste which was suspicious 🤔 and the staff didn't care about offering any dressing for any of my salads. I'd also prefer to pick up my cutlery and paper napkins instead of someone handing it to me, overall good experience but customer service can improve. Thanks will visit again 😊

Always go here for my morning coffee. Mornings are really busy time, which is expected given their location. I’ve always found the staff really friendly.

I’ve been to this Soul Origin plenty of times as I work nearby, and I’ve always been disrespected and felt disappointed in the quality.
I went and bought a bacon and egg roll and the staff were really rude and quick to serve me and made a very big deal over not buying the roll without a coffee so I had to buy a coffee.. like seriously? If I don’t want a coffee why are you forcing me.. so I ended up having the coffee which it tasted burnt. plus on top of all of that! The bacon and egg roll tasted off.. the bread was hard and the bacon had a foul taste..
I honestly felt sick!
I definitely DO NOT recommend this Soul Origin, I’ve tried many soul Origin’s and they’re perfect fine, this one is a NO GO!

Got myself and my partner a salad to take home at the end of the day which costed me $16 for two salads then I walked past about half hour later and it was 2 for $10 which is extremely unfair and both the salads had a bad taste.. very disappointed.
There’s way better coffee shops in metcentre!
