Absolutely amazing customer service by both the met centre, and the QVB stores, called the met centre at 5 mins until close (6pm) while I was walking to the QVB store (was meant to call QVB). The met had closed at 5, but the lady double checked and even directed me to the correct store so I could get there just in time to collect Callender for a family member. Then had to call said member to get the email for the discount code which held her back another few minutes after close, but she showed no frustration, and was happy to help me out. Would recommend just on customer service alone. Thanks.

Called to made sure that they had what i was looking for in store (it was low stock pretty much everywhere elese), the lady on the phone (Mel, i think was her name) was lovely and found what i was looking for and put one aside for me. Picked it up with no troubles and the staff were so serviceable!

Good selection and friendly staff

Worst customer service at this store. Two staff and I'm the only customer in the store. Pretended I didn't exist. Had to be forced to serve me. Lazy, not interested, didn't care. Then, they had no magazine boxes (pretty standard stock item I would have thought). Said someone had bought them a few days back. Told me to walk up to QVB to see if they had any. Ha ha. Why couldn't one of them show some initiative and get some stock transferred from there and walk up there themselves and pick it up? That store is doing you brand damage Kikki K.

Only one staff working during Xmas season

Waited 15 mins to pay for some gift wrapping paper while she was gift wrapping boxes for other customers. In the end I couldn’t stick around because I would have missed my train. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

cold and unhelpful staff who made me leave the store and wait 30 minutes because they wanted to take a break

Terrible service. Not happy.
