Food is great. Have eaten here many times. Only disappointment this time round was the Chicken Burger. Was dry and have had better at a local cafe.
I would recommend going for the pulled beef burger. Amazing!!

What a great find...walked by an loved what we saw. Great family lunch with absolutely delicious food and drinks. We ordered from all over the menu.... my Chicken Bowl was so fresh and full of so many flavours. Of course the steak and wings lived up to their promise and the Butchers Breakfast is a must try.

The staff were so friendly and the right amount of helpful. Fabulous experience!

Wow! The beef shortribs blew me away! I have never enjoyed a meal so much! The flavours and textures worked so well together. Their other dishes were also really good and the dessert was wonderful. I can't wait to come here again!

A lovely restaurant tucked into the streets of Barangaroo. I had the Eye Fillet steak with fries and Peppercorn Sauce. It was cooked to perfection. I couldn’t fault it. For starters I had Flatbread with Hommus, Olive Olive Oil and Dukka. Also lovely. For dessert I had the Rocher, divine. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The restaurant was designed beautifully, very welcoming and relaxing. Overall, I had a great experience.

Came here on a Tuesday night and was not too busy. Beef short rib was a bit too fatty (I’ve had it here before) but the attentive service from Stephanie our waitress was great. Tried the flat bread and calamari starters and the tiramisu for dessert. We also had a cocktail called Butcher’s mistress.

I eat breakfast here after going to the gym each week and I thought I would bring my Mum, Dad, Sister & Brother-in-law and Brother here for Mother's Day - the service was great and the food was excellent as always. It was a fantastic place to celebrate with the family. It is so relaxed and easy. Great restaurant!!!

Tasty food and great service. We were a party of 5 and all ordered different dishes from steaks to burgers to ribs and we were all very happy with our meals. Servings were generous and so tasty. I had the pork ribs and they melted in your mouth. Creamy mash potato also was decadent. A great spot in Barangaroo for meat lovers.

Top notch service and food every time. One of the more affordable eats in Barangaroo. Great place to catch up with friends for dinner or date night without breaking the bank. Kudos to the waiting staff that was able to check up on us each time ensure our experience was great throughout. Varun and the team are outstanding.

We were quickly seated, and food came out promptly after orders were taken. Everything was delicious, and the meats were cooked well. Would definitely be back in the future

Whilst not the responsibility of the runner to know the menu, it would be have been nice for the runner to have known the differences between the day/lunch/menu, as we were originally hoping to grab some burgers.

The Butcher's Block is a fantastic spot with a relaxed yet classy vibe. Their Sydney Rock Oysters, Lamb Shoulder and Rib Eye main were outstanding. Despite our spontaneous visit and late stay, the staff remained courteous and accommodating. It's a top-quality establishment that I can't wait to revisit. Highly recommended for a great dining experience!

Excellent food served with great customer service and atmosphere. Although expensive, i’d say it’s worth.

I attended a family function here which I found it to be a great place to dine. The staff were very attentive to our needs & we had a good time celebrating. If I were to provide some constructive criticism, I would say that the food lacked seasoning (I had the pork ribs) & mixed drink lacked in alcohol (I had a bourbon & coke). Otherwise recommended 👍

I recently dined with my wife and kids, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was simply fantastic; I opted for the salmon while my wife indulged in the truffle ravioli, and both dishes were cooked to perfection, bursting with flavour and freshness. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating. Despite having separate bookings from our friends, the staff seamlessly arranged for us to share a table, allowing us to enjoy our meal together in the cozy ambiance of the restaurant. Our evening was nothing short of delightful, and we cannot wait to return for another culinary adventure. Highly recommended for anyone seeking delicious food and warm hospitality!

A favourite of mine is now at Barangaroo and I was so excited to try their new venue out!

Located along Barangaroo Avenue, their vibes are rustic and casual. A stunning place for a mid week pick me up, which is exactly what we were enjoying!

Getting to taste a selection of their share plates and entrees, I was really impressed by the punchy flavours and the beautiful presentation. Not over the top and pretentious, but simple and thought out to let the fresh produce shine.

Staff were relaxed and friendly; making me feel right at home! Would happily take friends and family here for a feed!

If you’re looking for a great starter, the duck parfait would be my pick. That sweet bacon chutney with the creamy pate was such a delicious pairing!

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Even for a guy like me who was waiting for takeaway, I was given a seat and water too (I was dehydrated). Little nice acts mean a lot - especially in the city.

As for the burger / fries review: the sweet potato fries were amazing. The burger was definitely gourmet (and something that I'd probably have cut in half and shared with someone else).

My suggestion would be to include aioli or a sauce with the chips to really elevate the offering (but that wouldn't detract from the score provided - it's a nice to have).

Fab overall, from the food to the ambience. Would suit anything from a date night to a large group. We had the rib eye and the pork ribs which were both beautifully cooked. The creamed potato is literal buttery heaven, with a hint of truffle - do not miss! The service was warm and down to earth, and they helped us pick a wine which was perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would return.
