3 cheers for Monica who was extremely helpful in resolving my internet banking block by the fraud protection department. The bank's flawed process required me to be on call for over an hour, and had to be inside the bank. Monica patiently waited with me on the call and spoke to the bank's personnel on the other end till the issue was fully resolved. She herself setup my internet banking and helped me order a new card.

For a bank branch, these guys are pretty impressive. They are knowledgeable and always give right advice. They are also happy to re-explain things when you don't understand and they don't make you feel silly. They were so helpful and were willing to help clean up a mess that a mobile lender from another branch made for us when buying a house. Never have to wait too long either to get things done.

We met with Amit prior to an overseas move and he was outstanding in taking the time to sort through consolidating our accounts and making arrangements for us. In an era of online banking it was great to get such high quality personalised service.

Never a problem with any or all attempts to resolve any questions that I may have.

Always EXCELLENT service, all staff members are extremely bright and helpful, very understanding. Usually a bit of a wait though.

I am hoping next time the customer service will be better. Service was okay.

After over 30 years with StGeorge I have finally had ENOUGH!
The final straw was when, after StGeorge "no longer affiliated with Mastercard", had decided to "change my product", without consultation. When I went into the bank, and stood and waited for a considerable time in line, the female behind the counter informed another female that "she has no choice". The "she" this bank employee was referring to was a long time "customer" (ME), who was standing right in front of her!!
I have no choice? I chose to bank elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!
