Extremely helpful staff. Walked in to enquire about a travel card, and was helped very quickly with a pre-packaged card ready to go. The very nice lady on the enquiry desk made sure I didn’t need to wait long at all, even during a busy morning. Thank you!

Today, I visited the Westpack Worden, Westfield branch. Amazing and exceptional customer services by Ms. Louis.

On a Monday morning, crowed queue time, went to the branch to get an appointment to open an account. Without any hesitation, she came forward and assisted us to open an account immediately and did it in a few minutes. This has saved us time and hassles.

Where in Australia can you open a bank account without an appointment?

Great customer service, always been served by a friendly staff and the service is fast.

I went to discuss about a home loan. Firstly I speak to Larence who provide a great service and was really friendly. He booked a appionment to see the Finance Manger name Dilani. D. She meet with a loaded attitude and was very judgemental you can see from her face expression. Laughing while taliking about job and earings, appreared like joking. She was so arrogant. I was about to leave in between the appoinment then I just hold back. At the end of the session she said you can borrow only... then she said " I dont think so there is any point of dicussing the interset rate". Never hoping to deal or future appointment with her. its a nightmare.
