This place is appalling, rude belligerent staff. Overcharges over and above acceptable fees advised by ACCC when you use eftpos to deter you so they can keep cash in their pockets. The young subcontinent gentleman there was totally rude and offensive to me in front of my family when I challenged him on the charges for eftpos. There is no need to be rude to customers asking questions. He was very luck I kept my calm and composure that day as his kind of rudeness can escalate a situation very easily and to a level where he would come off second best. I certainly will never patronise this store again, nor will my friends and family. The whole Menai community is aware of the rudeness in this store and we wonder what is the staffs problem with us all? If you don’t want to be nice don’t be in business! Customers are why you have a job.

Closes early. Regularly closes 15 minutes early! Today I went to drop off an Amazon return package and it was 4:52 and they were closed. When I asked if I could just drop my package ofd they said no the system was all turned off. When I asked why closed early they said they always close early to cash up. Why say you are open to a certain time if you aren’t actually open for customers? That 15mins makes a huge different and it’s not just a once off it’s regularly. Walked back past at 4:59pm and it was pitch black and staff gone.
