Nice place. They're sweet to my grandmother. Super clean. I didn't have a problem with the staff or drs.

Went in for my daughter's vaccination. Staff was very friendly and polite. Mary, at the reception was very sweet trying to calm my crying daughter. Very good experience.

I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Nitul Khiroyaat [Schofields Family Medical Practice] and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the care that I received. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted warmly by the reception staff and was seen promptly by the doctor.Dr. Nitul was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt like he really cared about my health and well-being. He explained my diagnosis in a way that was easy to understand and took the time to answer all of my questions. I appreciated that he didn't rush through the appointment and made me feel like I was his top priority.
The office itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when you're not feeling well.

I’ve attended this medical practice since I was a child - and have always had the most positive and helpful experiences with every Dr, receptionist, and specialist here.
From the simplest, to the most complex cases I’ve presented over years, care, compassion and thoroughness has been clearly displayed in my treatment.

I have been visiting the practice for a little more than 2 years now and I have had a fantastic experience so far. Dr Alka is a thorough professional and extremely caring in nature. I appreciate the extent to which she does her due diligence and follows up on even the tiniest of details shared with her. I also enjoy interacting with Mary and kudos to her for always having a smile on her face and being her happy self; irrespective of how busy the practice can get most of the times. Dr Mansukh and Dr Alka both are amazing doctors. They are my family's favourite docs. The receptionist is also very good.

Dr Alka is one of the best drs I've ever had. She listens and acknowledges you and your thoughts. She offers the best possible solution to your problem in a non judgemental way. Dr Alka has always gone above and beyond to provide the best care for me and my family. When I couldn’t get answers for my illness from any drs or even hospitals, it was Dr Alka that went out of her way to try and help and she did not stop until she found answers.

We always have great experience in this medical centre. The staffs are very kind and accomodating. Dr Alka is a fantastic doctor who knows her patients very well.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted by Mary at reception who is lovely and very accomodating to then seeing the amazing Dr Alka.

From our very first appointment at Schofields Family Medical Practice seeing Dr Manny Lalji to now being under the care of Dr Alka Lalji, we could not be more grateful and happy. Not only is Dr Alka caring and knowledgable but also very compassionate and thorough. Not once have we felt like we were not heard or rushed out the door. Even to the point where she has taken blood / swab tests herself so not to have to go to a pathology lab. Even at their busiest times, I have never been turned away rather have even been squeezed in to see Dr at close to closing time.

Dr Alka is great with our 2 young children which is very important as they are not afraid of going to the Dr, rather quite enjoy the visit especially when not very well.

We are very fortunate to have an amazing Dr and Practice which offers such great and varied health care under one roof.

I've been seeing Dr Manny Lalji for 2 years now and he has been great. He has always been very kind and considerate towards his patients and I understand when he's very busy he tries to be more efficient to ensure he can see all his patients. I never felt rushed nor unattended at any point. I've now been under the care of Dr Alka Lalji, and I think her actions speak more than anyone's words. She is the best Treating Doctor I've had and trust me I've seen alot of Doctors in my time. Dr Alka Lalji is definitely a breath of fresh air. She's always so sincere, caring and very patient with everyone. She's always smiling and willing to assist without hesitation. The open times on the website say 9am weekdays or 10am weekends but she is always willing to give up her precious time to come in at 8am to see the patients she has promised. If blood tests need to be taken or the phone needs to be answered, she is willing to help in all areas which really gives you that trust towards a Medical Centre and Doctor. We're all uncomfortable or anxious when it comes to seeing a Doctor and talking about personal medical issues but Dr Alka Lalji really gives you a warm gesture which helps the process. It's good to know you're in the good hands of someone who isn't just knowledgeable with the general medical side but she also is quite educated within the skin area. This is an excellent Doctor's Practice that my family & I have been seeing for over 40 years & have never had an issue. They try their best to attend to every patient as quick as possible & are very thorough & caring & continue to work after hours to provide "Home Visits" & "Follow Up" phone calls etc. Our area has grown marginally in last few years so it's expected that there will be a waiting time (not like the old days) & now with Covid-19, things have changed again re: wearing of Face Masks to protect everyone & yourself as well as having a Tele Appointment instead of a Face-to-Face if something isn't too serious or for Prescriptions, Advice etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful Family Medical Practice to anyone.
