Absolutely love the service at this store, a big thankyou to Kevin who went above and beyond to install a brand new zip on my son's backpack after waiting weeks and weeks for this job to be done, Kevin did the job in no time, he is prompt and keeps his word. Would recommend going to see Kevin for any job he's there on Sunday's.

Lee has been fantastic with getting keys cut went above and beyond even helped my beautiful mums and I putting keys on our key chain it wasn't his job but he was happy to do did a great job at stretching my mums shoes. Also engraving done I'm SOOO VERY happy with it highly recommend Lee to get anything done such a nice friendly person. Many many THANKS 😊🙏

I had a pair of runners turned into cricket shoes.. I dropped them of on the Thursday and asked if he could have them done in a week ( following Thursday) he said I'm under the pump but will do my best. So I rocked up on the Thursday and 2.pm and by 2.45 I had the shoes back and completed. The quality was excellent and I will be going back to him for sure!!!

Anyone looking to get RM's resoled and properly stitched for under $100 should check this guy out. We had bought new boots for my partner as Percy street were going to charge us $250 and wouldn't guarantee they would be able to complete the job even though the shoes were only ten years old. Now he will be wearing his old boots for many more years to come! I can't thank them enough, two very happy customers :)
