Pretty good, a wide range of stuff, much of it well priced 4 the discerning buyer, staff r pretty helpful, larger items available online only & incur delivery charges. Overall, a pretty decent hobby supply outlet, a chain in Aus.

Attended the Newcastle/Hamilton store yesterday. The staff could not have been any better. Zoe, was great. Helped me with all I needed and made some calls to other stores to help find the items I needed. Five stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 out of five for you Zoe. Thanks for making my visit to your store memorable.

The biggest art supply store in Newcastle. Pretty much everything you need. You can save a bit extra by signing up for their loyalty card.

Good range of products, staff are helpful~

I normally shop at the Canberra store but was in Newcastle for the holidays and popped in for a couple of supplies. I am still learning and tend to have badly explained requests. The staff were absolutely lovely, patient and very helpful, asking questions until they were sure they understood me properly. I was able to get exactly what I needed (plus a few other bits and bobs 😊). They also signed me up for a membership, which I feel disappointed at the Braddon store for not having offered this to me prior, despite multiple purchases.

A fantastic art store. All staff are knowledgeable in all things art, and are willing to share that knowledge. They take care with helping you; they suggest great alternatives, and make sure that you feel confident in your decisions by stepping you through what each product does. It’s great for those starting out in this big scary industry that is art. Definitely will be coming back!!!!!!

Very well laid out and an excellent range of beginner and high-end products. Very knowledgeable and kind staff that were a great help.

Love going to Eckersley's art n craft, they have fantastic selections in all u need n more. The staff r friendly n will help out without hesitation n they answer any questions when asked, very well informed. Some products r high in price range but I don't mind paying the extra dollar because u know your getting value for your money. There's things there even if your not an artist or crafty. I can spend hrs in there just looking at the different products. I've got to drag my husband out of there sometimes he's like a kid in a lolly shop every time we go there.
