I want to comment on your lovely staff, named Ed. I do not know her, but how she spoke to me was so beautiful. So calm, friendly, and have a perfect sense of marking and bringing people to your company. I am happy to recommend the client to your organisation because of her. What a lovely person I spoke with. I believe that when you have a happy staff, it shows that the company is a good one that takes after their clients and their family and their staff too. Keep it up.

Unfortunately my mothers interview with Melinda was not a pleasant experience for me or my mother. We found her abrupt, antagonistic and giving us incorrect information regarding driving licences. On a positive note she did put mum on an acat waiting list.

Excessive charging of account fees. Disgusting pilfering of funds by charging maximum amount allowable. If all Level 4 clients are being charged full amount Suncare would be siphoning off millions into property or somewhere else through various accounting methods. 12 Directors do not give their time ‘for free’… there is no such thing.unless huge kickbacks or immense amounts of money are involved.

Weren't able to find old support worker Mandy. Company has completely changed.
