I dealt with Bridget on the front desk. She was incredible. Such great help! Both staff members there were fantastic with such great style and taste. Tiles, equality and service is 10 out of 10.

Recently purchased a house that needs renovating. Went to a few tile shops in the Newcastle area and ended up choosing Tile Mega Mart at Tighes Hill. Lisa was the lovely lady that helped me. She was professional, courteous, efficient and knew her products backwards. She measured up off my plans and did an amazing colour consultation for me as well. Their large format display was awesome which is something I don’t think the other tile shops in the area can offer. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely go back if I ever need more tiling!

We are renovating our first home. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. Lisa gave us great options and helped guide us with selections to match the style we are going for. She gave us multiple options and left us alone to make our final decision. We will definitely be coming back for our next project.

Fabulous Company to deal with. I have bought tiles and other things from Tile Mega Mart at Tighes Hill on a number of occasions and the staff have always been extremely helpful, polite and very friendly no matter whether you are spending $20 or $2,000 or more. Not to mention the great products and terrific pricing. Can't say enough and will definitely be returning when I need more of their expertise.

Kylie was excellent. She has great knowledge about the products and offered suggestions and design ideas. Prices were great also, in one visit I was able to pick out bathroom and outdoor tiles after having made several frustrating visits to other more expensive suppliers

I have purchased tiles here for my renovation and have received endless valuable help from Lisa. She has helped with tile choice for inside and outside, feature walls and grout selection. The prices are fantastic and the service has been brilliant. Lisa has made choosing tiles an easy and enjoyable experience.

Went to Tile mega mart today and the ladies greeted us with a smile. They were very knowledgeable and helped make the process seamless and easy. Kylie and Lisa were fabulous. We will go back for all our tiles.

Went in to Tile Mega Mart for floor tiles. Highly recommended as there is a fantastic range, great displays and the service was particularly good. The staff were helpful, not pushy and very well informed about the products and about installation. We will be going back when we renovate our bathrooms!!

We have renovated both our bathroom and laundry (and starting our ensuite) with tiles from Tile Mega Mart and we are so happy with our tiles and their service! We have visited their showroom in Tighes Hill countless times and we are always greeted with friendly and informative staff who are very genuine in helping us choose our tiles. Thanks guys!

Tighes Hill Mega Mart was our 1st shop that we had gone to looking to replace our flooring.
As soon as we walked in Emily approached us with a lovely smile and after a brief dicussion with her about what we were after we spoke about a colour we had in mind we went along there displays
Emily showed us some tiles that she thought that we would like and straight away we fell in love with that tile.
Required 115 sq. meters
Emily offered a great price.

Best tiles shop in newcastle, great range of tiles, that they import themselves and also standard tiles all at great prices. Lovely staff that are extremely knowledgeable, I'll keep coming back 😊😊😊
