Myhealth Medical Centre Parramatta Westfield Level 5

I have been attending this practice for the past few years - I've moved away from the area twice and have attended medical centres much closer to my home, but I've always found myself coming back to the doctors here. In particular, Dr. Daniel Bui is empathetic, patient and always willing to help with any issues or concerns I have.

I'm unsure of the other reviews on the receptionists, but from my experience, they have been efficient, polite and happy to answer any questions I have. As long as an appointment is booked ahead of time, the wait time is minimal and the consultation is streamlined.

I don’t write reviews often, but Dr Ania Lucewicz is, without a doubt, the best doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of being looked after by. She is incredibly caring, detailed and thorough during every single appointment. You can tell she genuinely cares about the welfare of her patients, so if you’re looking for a doctor that you can trust with your health, come see her!

My family have been seeing Dr Bui and Dr Hwang for many years now. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and patient in answering and dealing with all of my health concerns. I have had many health issues and they were the only ones who were able to address my major health problems. I have kids with special needs and they always have positive experience visiting them. I have also seen Dr Ania once before her maternity then and she was also very good. Also, both the receptionists at Level 5 have consistently shown patience and professionalism in dealing with me and other patients based on what I have witnessed in countless visits. It is also a plus that this medical centre is located inside a mall close to the station.

Dr Daniel Bui is the best. We have been going to him for the last 7 years and he is caring, patient and thorough.
The staff at level 5, MyHealth Medical Centre is great too and always greet with a smile and try their best to help.

All the doctors here are great. Especially dr Daniel bui who was super friendly and knowledgeable. I haven't had to wait long each time I've come in for my appointment.

Staff is a bit of a mixed bag, but putting in a good review because of the lovely pathologist that took my blood for a test this morning (9am). Didn't get her name but she was extremely helpful, friendly and made me feel at ease drawing blood and getting documents in order. She was also at all times professional :)

Visited Dr Daniel Bui today. He was thorough, had great bedside manner and made a visit to the doctor far less stressful than I was feeling before the visit.

I don't understand why this practice has such bad reviews. There are amazing Doctors in this practice who are caring and know what they are doing. Starting from Daniel Bui and Jenny Chen...there are other really good ones as well but these 2 are our family Doctors. We couldn't be happier with their service. They are both great with kids, specially with my toddler who is really anxious. Jenny the receptionist is lovely also.

Dr. Daniel is our family doctor for 5 yrs now and extremely happy with the level of care he provides.

I’ve been looking for a GP I could go to for a long time that takes their time explaining and doesn’t rush. It honestly is a relief that I’ve found this medical centre.

I went in for a quick consult for a cold and was thoroughly impressed with Dr Hwang’s professionalism and friendliness. Since then I’ve been going back for routine check ups.

Also the friendly receptionists are a plus!

Dr Daniel Bui has been my go to for a few years now and has been very helpful and patient. Please remember theres two myhealth centres in Parramatta and this one is located in level 5. J.Andrew

Dr Hwang is incredible and nice caring doctor. Not only has she taken great care of my health but also she is lovely to speak to & Highly recommended wouldn't go anywhere eles.

Dr Joo-mee hwang and Dr Daniel bui is absolutely amazing. Always going above and beyond for the patients.
