Presence Property Management

I had a great experience as a renter with presence property management. The team was very responsive and efficient and in particular every interaction I had with Guy Waters (one of their leasing specialists) was brilliant. He was incredibly friendly and professional, and I felt like he really wanted me to get the apartment I was applying for - and I did. Lovely people and amazing service, I'd highly recommend them. If ever I need to look for a rental in the future or am in a position to buy a house I'll be looking to deal with them again.

I have had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Steven over the past two weeks in ensuring all my residential needs and wants were being met and the perfect property found for myself and my beloved mini dachshund. Steven has made the entire leasing process both easy and enjoyable from the initial open house of the property through to clearly answering all of my silly little questions to signing the lease on the perfect property tailored for my needs. I have had an unreal experience and would definitely recommend for Steven and the rest of the team for all household dynamics (from small children, first time renters to people wishing to retire peacefully). Give these guys a go!

Five stars for Jules Byrnes from Presence Property Management. Jules is very experienced and professional, and she stopped at nothing to ensure our new property was ready for the rental market- from following up with the builder and Hunter Water, to obtain Occupation Certificate, meeting me onsite to ensure all items finished off to acceptable standard with the build, to making sure the lawn was mown, and green, ready for occupation. Nothing was too much trouble. Jules’s and the team’s friendly approach also makes for a great experience overall. I highly recommend Jules and her team!

Presence property gave me the best renting experience ever. They communicated very well about the process in a friendly way. I have both owned and rented, and other real estate agencies have made me feel less than for being a renter but not Presence Property. They were a breath of fresh air.

I've been dealing with Nathan and the guy is a machine. My investment property needed a tonne of work and he arranged everything for me. All the trades did a great job, and their pricing was extremely reasonable. Nathan organised painting, cleaning, electrical, plumbing, fencing and yard work. He gave suggestions on how to maximise the rent. He would answer my calls or text on any day of the week, and even caught up with me on site on a Sunday as that was the only day I could do.
Impressed is an understatement. I've never had an experience like this with a property management team before and I will be looking into brining my other investment properties to Presence.

Everything is top quality, from communication, through the efficient way they present their monthly accounts, the professional manner they handle reletting the property, the regular inspections when the property is let, to following through when any maintenance is required.

The team at Safe Hands have been very professional and friendly in helping me set up my investment property account. Its a big help to have them handle everything. We got our renters in 3 weeks after settlement that was quick and effortless. Nathan is polite and knowledgeable and Guy is friendly and attentive. Well worth using them to take away a lot of potential headaches!

Above and beyond in all areas. Leasing is a tough game to add a personal touch but the PRD Team of Nathan and Guy that we worked with always gave 110% and showed genuine care and consideration of the owner and potential tenants. PRD does it differently, a clear depth of experience and quality in leasing our property.
