So happy with the customer service I received yesterday. I picked out a really nice marble phone case for my iPhone 7 on sale for $3 and was keen to get my 10% members welcoming offer with that. The girl serving me patiently helped and we figured it out in the end. Thank you!

Very nice store with great looking and fashionable clothes at goods prices. They even sell some homewares too.
There's a wide variety of clothes to choose from with a male and female section. The store layout is very nice and makes you want to be there.
They also have a couple of areas with cash registers so you get served faster.
The team is very friendly and helpful.
If you're into saving the environment they also recycle all types of clothes no matter the condition. If you recycle your clothes you get given a voucher for 15% off a single item. Great initiative.

Why don’t you start your website?! Last year your cashier told me that they are working on online shopping! A year passed and you don’t have a website! Is it so hard? We are in isolation and in need of online shopping. I do love your brand but this is unbelievable

HnM is luxury brand..it is in Westfield parramatta on ground floor..things available for kids women and men..household items available.many cute toys are there for kids .clothes range is good..

Recently visited to donate our unused cloth.The do have a recycle bin for the old clothes.In turm, these guys gives 15% off coupon for each purchase.Collection wise they are now flooded.
