Plush Joondalup

Was served by a lovely sales associate by the name of Narinder. Her customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what we were looking for. My partner and I were so pleased with the service we received.

My Partner and I came into Plush looking for a Theatre couch, we were assisted by Iain, he was fantastic, wasn't pushy, very professional and made us completely comfortable with our Purchase. We have been to several furniture Stores lately and we both agreed that we received the best Customer Service from Iain by far.

I have been looking for a lounge suite for the last 12 months. I had never been into a Plush Sofas store but am very happy I did. Plush had exactly what I was looking for. I was greeted in store by Iain. He was extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the product. I can't wait for my suite to be delivered. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Plus Sofas

We finally bit the bullet and ordered a sofa from Plush in Joondalup! Claire was amazing. She was professional and had a lot of knowledge about the sofas and helped us find one that suited our needs. This is the second sofa we have purchased from Plush and we love them. Thank you Claire! Can't wait to receive our new adult only sofa! 😁

My husband and my two young children went to Plush sofas to get some ideas for a new sofa setting. We were greeted warmly by the lovely Samantha. We were able to browse the store without being pushed into anything. Additionally Samatha went above and beyond to make my children feel welcome as well. My husband and I spent considerable time discussing options and Samantha was very accommodating in suggesting bespoke options to suit our needs. Needless to say we walked out of the store having put a deposit down for a set of sofas that were not only luxurious and comfortable but also
suited our needs. The Manager Iain was also
present to offer pleasant and helpful conversation. Even though we were finishing the transaction at close of business all staff were kind and did not rush in ushering us out the door. Our experience with Plush was professional and informative from the moment we stepped into the showroom. Belle knew the products but even more importantly, she listened to what we wanted. We are so excited to receive our lounge suite in coming months and would totally recommend this business!

I had a great experience with Plush in Joondalup. Claire W was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and so helpful with trying to find the perfect sofa. She answered all my questions and was very helpful (and spent a lot of time) trying to find a range of alternative options that could be available quicker. The customer service was outstanding and felt really personal.

My wife and i were so pleased we visited your store in Joondalup, the fact that this store focuses on sofas was most helpful. However we must make mention about Iain who was extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. His expertise and humour was a refreshing experience and i would say he made the difference when we made our choice to purchase two sofas. Congratulations to your staff and the whole experience was exceptonal.

Great service from Iain. He put up with me sitting on every couch a million times, nagging him with questions and repeatedly changing my mind about the design and arrangement and fabric. Gave good advice from his own personal experiences with the Plush range, gave me a great price, and managed to convince me I needed a ridiculously loud yet beautiful floral patterned ottoman, for which I have zero regrets. Would shop there again. Products are quality and comfortable.

The Team at The Joondalup Store were amazing with the sale of my couches. Thank You Iain for your patience in getting the 101 quotes I asked for with the various sizes and configurations. Also, thanks to Claire for following up on the sales promises Iain made the previous day. It was great dealing with people who had integrity and professionalism.

After visiting what feels like every furniture store in the Northern Suburbs, but certainly at least 10, I was so relieved to walk into Plush Sofas Joondalup and meet the wonderful Clare Owen whose service was completely amazing. Not only did she walk me through all my options, but we also chatted about life and I felt seen and heard. The level of service has been extraordinary. With the 10 year warranty and the after care, plus easy payment options, it was a complete no-brainer to order from these lovely people. I could completely customise the couch I wanted -- which is super comfy (my brief) as well as being stylish. I am very excited to have placed my order. I never felt rushed or pushed and certainly not ignored or a chore -- all of which I did at the several other places I visited. The price (buying on sale) is a big bonus, too! Can I give 6 Stars??!!

We just had the best experience one could ask for whike shopping for new lounge furniture at Plush Sofas Joondalup. Claire W assisted us and was so attentive from the moment we walked into the store all the way through to the end. Nothing was ever too much effort for her and her product knowledge was second to none. Thank you Claire for helping us select the best custom design for our home . We look forward to receiving our quality furniture!

We were assisted in a variety of options on the sofa we liked. Nothing was a problem for the salesman. We looked at many different showrooms and this store by far the best. We actually got our sofa earlier than expected and it is absolutely fantastic. We would definitely recommend this store to everyone.

There was nothing pushy, we felt comfortable.

My partner and I were served by Iain who was extremely helpful and polite throughout the entire process. We were not rushed, having multiple visits to make our decision! We are extremely happy with the outcome and excited to receive our new couches!

We browsed through the store in Joondalup one Sunday afternoon. It was the 1st store we looked in on our search for a new Sofa. We sat in the king 2 seater Carton. We loved it. Claire W asked if we needed help. We ended up getting a quote as we didn't want to commit as we wanted to look around. Claire was very helpful with fabric and colour choice and was happy for us to look at other shops. After looking round we decided to go back the next week and there we saw the Leroy where we were undecided and on the material we first decided on. Claire was so patient with me while I couldn't decide and help me with all my questions. We ended up going for the 2 x 2.5 seater Leroy. I am so super excited to receive the sofas in a few months. I Would 100% refer anyone to Claire W. She is not a pushie sales person, and just so patient and helpful.

This is the second time we have purchased from Iain at Joondalup and returned to this store specifically so we could deal with Iain again. We visited Joondalup many times before we decided on a sofa to purchase and Iain was never pushy at all.

We had an unfortunate experience of feeling pressured to purchase by another member of staff before we had chance to measure access at home and Iain stepped in and reassured us that he would save our sofa choice as a no obligation quote and there would be no issue coming back a further time to purchase. We changed the day we returned to the store to purchase to make sure Iain was working that day. :)
