Friendly, knowledgeable staff.. Karen is a wealth of information and you walk out after getting the best service. Love my new glasses and really like that they now offer hearing tests, which I also had.. very happy to keep returning to Plumpton..

Went for a eye test as part of RMS fitness to drive. Saw Michael who I felt was very thorough and he was very informative and professional. Following my eye test I was introduced to Josh (new staff ) who was also very informative and listened to my questions very well and provided suggestions for glasses frames based on my questions. I did have to leave before finishing as I am a diabetic and needed to eat. I did return and was then looked after by the lady who was training Josh (I forgot her name) and was also very helpful and informative. I was unable to place an order for new glasses on the day but will be returning to place my order in the next 2 weeks.

Specsavers Plumpton is a fantastic shop offering a caring team that takes the time to help and assist you with your eye exams, hearing tests and picking out your frames. They don't rush you in and out but actually listen and guide you through from entering to leaving. Well Done Specsavers Plumpton 🥰

Picked up my glasses today (18.04.23) after purchasing them (05.04.23). There were 3 service staff on & an optometrist.

From start to finish, the staff at Plumpton Store went above & beyond to make my experience worthwhile. I have purchased glasses several times previously over the years. I am so impressed with their service that it deserved a review.

Nothing was a bother & they all went out of their way to serve me with complete understanding & patience. At no time did I feel like I was taking up their time, even though the store was very busy. The service continued post purchase on return to pick up my glasses! Warm smiles all round!

So well done to the team - you’re amazing!!! The company should be made fully aware of their excellent staff!!

I recently had an eye checkup at this clinic, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Ms Patel was highly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process.

The clinic had modern equipment, creating a comfortable and efficient environment. The optometrist conducted a thorough examination, taking the time to explain each step and answer all my questions.

The staff at the clinic were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free visit. The appointment scheduling process was convenient, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen.

It is so important to get a annual eye check up. You can tell so much about your health through your eyes as in my case. I found out I have a major cholesterol problem along with high blood pressure which I needed to seek medical attention for. I was put on immediate blood pressure and cholesterol medication and I feel so much better. All because I took time out to get my eyes checked. Its amazing how much better I feel. ***** I recommend everyone to get their eyes checked on an annual basis. Plumpton Specsavers were wonderful. I was so impressed with the help I received. *****

Excellent customer service, I broke my glasses and was desperate for a new pair and and an eye test, they were booked out but politely fit me in for an appointment. Helped me choose new frames and thought me how to wear contact lenses until the new frames come in. Will be a customer for Life! I highly recommend Garo and his team at Specsavers Plumpton.
