Single Builders

We recently received our keys to our third house we have built with Singles. The professionalism shown was of above high standard. The entire process was excellent from the planning and design, selecting of PC items, to the build and eventual handover.

Communication was faultless with weekly updates and progress reporting, everything was within budget and on time. Any changes we wanted to make were considered and my wishes were never an issue.

You are in direct contact with your foreman who will answer or address any issue you have.

I would highly recommend this company who treats everyone as they are part of their extended family.

I am planning to build a house with them.
Troy Brown among them is amazing. He has the knowledge, cares about the clients and their needs, is always available to address the issues and follows up what needs to be done.

We have built four houses with Single Builders over several years and been very pleased with all of them. The last being our own home, which was completed in August 2022. We found all the office and planning staff extremely competent, knowledgeable, helpful and very easy to deal with. During the construction of our home the tradies went out of their way to achieve our design objectives. Our home was finished to a high standard and we are delighted with the final result. The co-operation between the office and trades reflected an excellent culture within the business and all members should be congratulated.

Single Builders have been fantastic to deal with! This is our first home and we were supported through every step and communication was great all the way through the process. From start to finish 6 months is all it took. We can't thank them enough for making our dream come true!

Our experience with Single Builders was not so good.
So bad in fact that my wife refused to go to the handover of our new home in November 23
May 24 we have an ongoing issue with our new home and have had to make a claim with NSW Building Commission (Fair Trading)
We also have also been block from commenting on the Singles Builders Face book page it seems only positive comments are allowed there

The worst builders I have ever dealt with, which is something considering I work in the construction industry. Absolutely no communication between builder to client, builder to contractors, builder to their own team members. Build went way beyond the contracted 28 weeks. Nothing but excuses as to why things weren't completed. No attention to detail by any of the Single Builders team. Scheduling was an absolute joke. Weeks went by with good weather and no progress. So many mistakes and damage caused by Single Builders chippies during work. If your smart you will STAY AWAY from this Tamworth based builder. We definitely did NOT have a "happy handover." This company has no idea what a fixed price contract means and constantly charged more than what was originally quoted on everything. Do yourself a favour and DONT build with Single Builders Tamworth!!!!!

Single builders are the most poorly organised and run project builders i have ever had the misfortune to be involved with.
My two house project took 12 months instead of 6 months contracted....stuff up after stuff up some work done 4 times. One house knocked down and started again. Would never use them ever again.......dont recommend them in anyway shape or form
