Extremely helpful, professional and you don't feel the need to be rushed out of the store. Management must be leading an example in old school values of customer service ( very rarely seen nowadays ).

The staff are always so helpful 😁 The product I wanted was not on the shelf so the young female assistant went out the back to check on stock and located the item for me - that's good old fashioned service. Nothing was too much trouble - very happy customer 👍👍

Highly recommend any one looking for fish to only buy from this store. I have never seen a dead fish or a sick fish. All the fish I have bought form here ae always healthy and never bring white spot to my tanks.

Lovely staff, huge range. Passionate about animals and making sure they have a happy life. Extremely happy with the service. They do charge a little much for a few things but you'll be able to look well past that with how good the service is.

I got a very reasonably priced dog trim for my Cavoodle. The team is super friendly, efficient and cares for the animals. Have been a few times now and can't fault them.

The girls in the shop and the grooming part are so friendly they make you feel welcome plus my dog likes going there.
