Vinnies Mt Druitt

We just dropped off some boxes of various items and would just like to say how helpful, appreciative and pleasant all of the ladies were. What a great job you all do. Thank you.

Non-profits shops, based on volunteers .

Good shopping experience on Saturday morning.and Wednesday arvo. Large shop, easy to walk around and relax.

Not many exciting items in my opinion. There are some nice couches for sale, many dvds, kidswears and homewares.

Prices are a few dollars higher than other Vinnies,$10 per pants.

Friendly service. Ladies on 25/2/22 are generous, friendly and helpful.

Located pretty far from station. You need to know the short cut if walking there. Short trip if catching a bus.

Nice store shuts at 3pm on the dot on Sundays. Which is good for staff. Clean and tidy, and compact. Quick service. Variety okay.

Great bargains

Good range of clothing and items. Wish staff would put on more smiles though...

Not so much to choose from! All the clothes they are selling has been used and the price are shocking. People are donating this items for free but they're selling for the prices of brand new clothing.

The customer service is very bad at this place. There is an old lady that works there and she was being very rude to a child for sitting on one of the chairs , she wanted him to get up so she just used a toy and pushed it against him. Very wrong behaviour.

In Vinnies DVDs are $3 each which are donated.
In cash converters dvd’s are $1 which they went to the trouble of buying
So Vinnies DVDs are overpriced
In saying that Vinnies must like holding on to stuff rather than selling quickly
I wish to donate a stack of dvds but not to Vinnies for this reason

Absolutely disrespectful.

I went in this store the other day to give in some donations. The lady working there was extremely rude to me and my family. She made comments about my niece who is a 2 year old BABY. My niece was restless and the lady kept making disrespectful remarks and telling us to "lower her volume". I'm not sure if this lady never saw a baby in her life, babies do make noise and cry, It's normal. My sister was already trying to settle her down as it is courteous to, but this lady found the need to continuously comment on 'how loud' my niece was.

Last time I checked, Vinnies is a charity store. Donations are made for those who are in need. I did not realise how rude someone could be and how degrading and uninviting someone could act. Vinnies is not a hospital, a nursing home or a library. It is a DONATION STORE. I don't know why a baby's "volume" was this woman's main concern. I will never ever ever donate to this branch of Vinnies ever again. My interest is in donating for the happiness of others, not in donating to a store with a degrading worker.

While the quality of clothing is nice..Any thing branded is priced to high.. most shirts regardless of brand start at 10bucks..

Way too overpriced. Saw a Kmart skirt listed for $14! Yeah….nah

Prices are higher than retail...
