Firestone Hornsby

Came in today & ordered the avo smash toast & it was lovely. Presentation was great & you can really feel they put a lot of love & effort into their meals - also a great atmosphere, staff were friendly & the place really had a nice "family friendly" vibe to it. Super pleased & will recommend & revisit in the future!

I really liked this place. Food is delicious. Plate dressings and decoration is awesome. Atmosphere is cool. Staff is polite. Pricing is competitive. I didn't expect anything else. Was really happy.

We had French toast and B.L.A.T with green tea and coffee. French toast was beautifully decorated and tastes terrific, slightly small compared to other places but they were perfect size for me. Everything on the plate complimented each other. We didn’t sit in the main building but the outside section which feels nice and cosy. Love the blue wooden building structure.

A shame they didn’t open the front section which face the central area as that would attract more customers.

I really enjoyed this restaurant.

First the blue decor outside on the footpath, it’s so pretty and nice.

Then the food, it was nicely presented and taste very good. The coffee was good.

Finally the service was nice and quick.

The French toast and BLT sandwich are highly recommended.

This place is amazing, the best thing was the croissant with Benedict egg, Ally and Matthew made our experience even better and the mix berry smoothie… unbelievable.

Really nice eatery situated between the fountain and Westfield entrance. Mainly indoor seating but there is covered outdoor one too. Food has always been great every time we have visited. Waffle chicken avo being the favourite!

Order via QR code at table, and then pay at counter when done. Staff are friendly and helpful too. Place is family friendly also, with a kids menu also

It is one of the best restaurants in the upper North Shore, and my family visits it every 2, 3 weeks for a nice family dinner.

The weekday dinner special offers are definitely the way to go. Hot stone with sizzling premium steaks. Or loaded pizza with fluffy dough hot from wood fire. It's always a bonus for the special occasions.

The price is reasonable and competitive for similar standard restaurants. The staff are very helpful and nice.

My family love this restaurant. It doesn’t matter whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, it’s all good. From the best coffee in the morning, to the most delicious mushroom truffle pizza I’ve ever had, we’re lucky to have this gem in Hornsby. The service is always friendly too. We will keep coming back again and again. I hope they don’t stop the week night specials, because it helps to be able to eat out in these tough economic times, whilst still supporting a local business. I can’t wait to go back again.

I left a fairly negative review here a few months back but decided to visit here again with friends. We ordered two pizzas and some sides. Have to say, the minute we ordered, the food came out swiftly, and the staff were always available when we needed something.

Even after leaving, I accidentally left my partner's bottle, and they kept it safe when I returned to pick it up. Overall, much better and pleasant experience. Thank you

Came here for my sister's birthday dinner on a weeknight and was impressed! Food was tasty, definitely get a steak on a sizzling plate, pasta and drinks were lovely. It's a great casual joint for any occasion and the staff were nice

Excellent modern Australian food served in a casual setting. There were several standout dishes at our table. Steak on a stone is highly recommended. Chicken avo on waffles is another one. Service is okay for a busy place.

Really tasty coffee and great quality food. Centrally located in Hornsby centre, with lots of seating available. Staff were friendly and they had both a high chair and a kids plate and cutlery which was amazing.

We keep meaning to try Firestone - and now we're so glad that we have! From the service, to the wonderful food, to the general atmosphere, I can't believe it's taken us so long to come in. I'm such a big fan of Firestone now - please come in and enjoy this place for yourself!😊

Great service, the staff is absolutely fantastic. The food came in 10 minutes of ordering.

We ordered the avo chicken waffles, which had a nice korea twist. 9/10

Then we got the Mediterranean sando. Really good choice for vegetarians. 9/10

The pizza wrap, which was a unique thing I've seen on a brunch menu, was juicy and cheesy (could be a bit too much for some people) with teriyaki chicken. 8/10

The taro latte and coffees were amazing. 10/10

We were blown away by how good this place was! We somewhat reluctantly ended up coming here for dinner because the family couldn't agree on where to go on a Tuesday weeknight. So glad we did, and definitely won't be the last. We shared a salt and pepper squid, a beef burger and two woodfire pizzas. All the food was amazing. Fresh, delicious, and served quickly. Staff were pleasant and efficient too.

Absolutely fantastic food and drinks, the staff were so lovely and welcoming and the food was really fast. I had the buttermilk fried chicken burger which had a great outside crunch and amazing taste. We also had two pizzas, the Margarita and BBQ chicken which have now become my favourite. I would highly recommend this place for casual brunch as well as events!

Wow. First visit and its not going to be the last. The coffee is rich strong and smooth... a rare find. We had a break burger and smashed avo on toast. Great Asian influences and sizes were above average. Prices were under $20 for all on the breakfast menu apart from big breaky.

Went for breakfast on the Sunday morning. Firestone was busy but we were promptly seated. Used the QR code to order breakfast. Good sized menu and our breakfast orders came out in good time.

Ingredients tasted fresh and was very enjoyable.

Very much recommended.

First time visit and will definitely come back for the Kim Cheese Toastie.

Also ordered a chai latte and iced coffee, which were delicious 👌🏼

We ordered the soft shell crab croissant too but don’t rate it. Suggestion is some sort of mayo as croissant was quite soft and dry and eggs were a touch overdone.

Quite a loud and vibrant restaurant.

Nonetheless, a pleasant visit and highly recommended 👌🏼

Mocha coffee is amazing, creamy with flavour. The ham cheese tomato toastys are the best. Definitely coming back with kara
