I have had four appointments so far and I am so happy I found them! I had some pain around a rib which physiotherapy couldn’t seem to resolve and associated stiffness in my mid to upper back. After seeing Ondrej the pain has now gone and the mobility around my neck and upper thoracic has improved dramatically. Ondrej is amazing; he has a holistic approach and knows the exact treatment to use, including adjustments, stretching, joint mobilization, dry needling etc, he even provides exercises for me to work on at home. He has identified some shoulder flexibility and posture issues with me and I have complete trust that these issues will improve over time and continued treatment. Ondrej is so knowledgeable and outcomes focused, and so thorough in his explanations regarding treatment. I walk out feeling amazing after a session. I highly recommend!

Ondrej is a spine whisperer. He knows exactly whats wrong and how to fix it. His diagnoses are spot on and his adjustments always precise and confident. Best of all he knows when not to adjust a cranky joint. He has kept me golfing and walking pain free despite my arthritic hip. I would recommend Ondrej to anyone, he will help you.
