Three Chimneys Bed & Breakfast

Went to Albany with a group of 6 (3 couples) and booked 3 rooms at the Three Chimneys. Craig was so very amenable and easy to talk with. The B&B itself was immaculate with wonderful paintings and at items. Beds were ideal for us.
In the library coffee was available all day as was a lovely treat of chocolate biscuits!! This was also available in your rooms.
Very well located close to many amenities and the Transwa bus terminal.
Good continental breakfast with coffee/tea and toast served to you at your table in the breakfast room.
As said, Craig was the perfect host and he has a beautiful B and B. Thank you Craig.
Would strongly recommend the Three Chimneys B&B as a great place to stay.

Allan and I spent a wonderful 3 nights in April to celebrate a special Anniversary and we are glad we did. The Harbour View room was exactly right - spacious and comfortable. We both loved the decor/ambiance and comfort of Three Chimneys and of course it is located perfectly for strolling around the town centre of Albany (which had changed just a tad from our initial visit on our honeymoon!) Craig was a convivial host and of course we loved meeting Jess! We plan to return in the near future as Albany has so much to offer especially in dining experiences and we can recommend highly Three Chimneys!

A welcoming and cosy BnB with a beautiful collection of antiques and art throughout. Craig was an excellent host, with a range of knowledge about the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t recommend it enough.

Love place

We stayed for 3 nights earlier this year. We found the owner to be obnoxious and rude to us for asking about the breakfast menu. We decided to have breakfast at nearby Kate's Place.
Sorry but I would not recommend this establishment. There are friendlier hospitality businesses in Albany.
