My experience at Macquarie Dentists was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The team displayed exceptional professionalism and expertise throughout my visit. Their attention to detail during my examination and treatment was impressive.

What truly stood out to me was the genuine care and compassion shown by everyone at the clinic. Each member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their dedication to patient care was evident in every interaction, making me feel valued as a patient.

Overall, I cannot recommend Macquarie Dentists highly enough.

Dr Michael To, also known as Dr Mike has been incredible from the beginning right to the end. I have followed Dr Mike from his previous clinic to his new clinic because I trust and value his excellent service. Dr Mike has been meticulous with my check ups, advise and my Invisalign. I have achieved the perfect smile and alignment of my teeth through him and just in time for my wedding!

His clinic uses the newest technology and is clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Dr Mike to anyone and everyone ☺

The whole experience was amazing. Very caring and experienced doctors and the staff were very friendly and kind. Parking was really easy and convenient, got a spot right out front. Even the kids got a little care package for their teeth. Would recommend Macquarie dentist in an instant.

Dr Michael and the team at Macquarie Dentists is highly recommended. Staff are very friendly and professional and the practice is very nice.

Soothing atmosphere (chill music) & Dr Luca talks you through each step of the process. He provides you with options for your treatment needs and doesn't pressure you.
It was my first time today and despite be nervous to attend the dentist, found it to be an overall good experience.

Update: 18/09/23 Had a filling out in here and there was no pain!! First time ever having a needle in the mouth and I couldn't even feel it! Dr Luca used numbing gel first to help. Still easy to ask questions to and I would say.. an enjoyable experience. Never thought I would say that about dental work (sorry dentists!)

I came in for an emergency appointment with Dr Michael on short notice. His expertise and services were very professional.

I visited Macquarie Dentists for my son's first tooth examination yesterday. Dr Bassem Yacoub was giving an excellent service. He had to explain several matters two to three times because of our lack in English. Although the cost is relatively expensive for us, I think it was a good experience for my son.

Dr Yacoub was recommended to me via a northern beaches mum group and he’s great. I had various issues and he was patient and thorough. Explains well and has a lovely manner- my kids are next in line!!

I’ve been coming to Dr Luca for many years now. He is the only dentist I’ve ever been to who has a genuine care for his patients. Spends all the time needed and answers as many questions as I have.
The clinic at Macquarie Dentists is also very noticeably clean and also just feels like a welcoming place. The receptionists are always polite and a pleasure to deal with too.
