From admittance sign in for total knee replacement surgery , & very professional surgery & recovery team, to the after care from dedicated nurses ( who are run off there feet) even though they don’t show it when it comes to your personal care!! Brilliant bedside manners with empathy & up for a quick laugh & joke even at my own expense sometimes. Nothing was to much trouble. These front line battlers have my upmost respect. The catering staff were fantastic & often the least appreciated in my opinion, gave me 3 fantastic meals a day & I thought they were great. The Physiotherapist on site & on call were super effective & more than willing to help you get going. We truly are a lucky country when you can have life changing surgery with some of the best healthcare professionals all coming together to get you right. Massive thank you to you all, you made my stay very bearable & I thank you!!

I was unlucky enough to be so sick I had to go to the R.R.H. This was on Monday afternoon/night. Triage Nurse tired/sick of her job or just had a bad day. Not a good first contact when you are sick.
THEN it just got so much better. Many thanks to the wonderful, caring and cheerful nurses that attended me. I even started to feel better immediately. Thank You Nurses, you were awesome. Keep up the good work. XX

I fell sick, but was lucky enough to quickly get an appointment booked in within 3 weeks. Lovely nurses helped calm me down before I went in for my x-ray, as my radio-phobia was intense that day. Only took 20 minutes, and was in and out in not time. Kids didn't have to wait long in the car luckily, as it was a scorcher of a day. I'll be back in no time seeing my x-ray showed I have severe-to-intense scoliosis.

So far this year 2023 I have been to the Berri hospital for 3 surgeries and the doctors, nurses and all staff have been excellent and professional the made me feel relaxed all questions answered. Thank you for a great service greatly appreciated to have a service up here and not having to go to Adelaide.

Very efficient staff firstly in the emergency department and in the wards as well. I can’t remember all the names but for a few like Dr. Kyle and the head doctor at emergency, all nurses including Eva then Dr. Satish, at the wards and Sophia. Treated me very well compared to the treatment we get in Victoria unfortunately like in Dandenong and Casey waiting hours to get any attention and getting kicked out even before you recover properly. I honestly think we chose the wrong state to live. Thanks again for what you did to me to recover within 24 hours keep the good work up and be proud of what you do. Just like to thank Dr. Hussein and Dr. Prasshin (I probably spelt their names wrong) for their work in my surgery and to the nurses and anesthetists and students thank you your care was great. Very organized and smooth running hospital, keep up the good work in these hard times.

Me and my girlfriend just had our baby here and they are nice and supportive and made sure it all went smoothly until we left for home 😄

Unexpectedly punched out a kidney stone in the wee hrs of the morning and was superbly taken care of. Thankyou very much Berri hospital/emergency.

County Dental service in Riverland are professional with a genuine intention of care. Got to love that!

My partner was taken to emergency late at night, with breathing difficulties, he was quickly assessed & confirmed he had pnuemonia, he was admitted to the hospital, were the nursing & medical care was outstanding we can not speak highly enough of all the staff we came in contact with. Thank you

Unfortunately I had to spend a couple of nights here due to illness, and the staff were very supportive and extremely helpful during that time.

I had my own room, TV was at no cost and meals were to be as expected.
